Typical Premier Inn internally but the outside looks a bit tatty and needs a good clean. Sadly neighbouring buildings are not in use which adds to the poor look. Bus station also adjoins one side of the hotel. Breakfast was fine but we went out to eat for the evening meal.

The room smelled of stale urine. There were no staff on reception. They were too busy dealing with other complainants. There were too few staff anyway, trying to do too many jobs at once.

Tracey in particular was so lovely and helpful, best service I’ve ever had in a hotel. Great location for exploring the lovely places in and around Shrewsbury

The hotel clean and room just perfect. Good breakfast. Very polite and professional staff. Lindsay very hard working and made us feel very welcome. We also had dinner in the restaurant on our first evening and it was very good. Real bean coffee machine always a plus!

Excellent service from very helpful staff throughout our stay. The evening meal was served very quickly, within 15 minutes of placing my order. The cooked breakfast was excellent in every respect.

Hotel is nice, nice bars and a good nights sleep Decent breakfast and nice staff. Check in, automated system is not good, it can’t cope with multiple room bookings and things like lost keys. It’s unfair to split the role with people working in the bar/restaurant, it doesn’t work. Car park is not good value, if you arrive at 11am and want to leave after Lunch the next day you have to pay for 2 full days, you should be able to pay by the hour.

Stopped over for 2 nights In Shrewsbury Lovely location next to River and within walking distance for shops pubs restaurants even the bus station and railway Station 👍 The only thing that spoilt our stay they had run out of milk for the rooms 🫢 No late night early morning coffee 😭
