When I checked in I was charged an additional $86 dollars even though I had already purchased my room. I was there for 4 nights and the maid service never came.

Large room, hot shower, beautiful but dated and worn. However, it was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in… hair everywhere, there was even a piece of candy covered in dust on the floor.

The rooms are very comfortable and roomy. There's plenty of room to store your belongings and keep your room neat and organized. The cafe offers nice meals at a reasonable price. The bakery is really good. The only negative is that you must request that your room be cleaned. I realize this is very common now, and I accept the change. They should, however, check with the occupants to see if coffee, water, etc. is needed and to remove the trash. I really like this hotel and will stay again.

Our stay was as expected! It’s an older hotel so a little outdated, especially for the price & it was of the cheaper ****** hotels. Towels & washrags smelt like they had sat wet for a little before drying, vent were super dusty, like thick dust & lamp shades were lined with thick dust. Other than these issues it was a great stay.

Room 1729 was the filthiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Carpet disgusting. Appeared in vacuumed. Stained cabinets with streaks of food on them. Table tops dusty and fingerprints. No room service. Service desk unaffected and rude. Did not allow checkin early. Barely any people at hotel. No trash can I. Room. Made noise complaint to room 1731. Will not stay there again. Staff unaffected about disappointment.

There were no signs to the lobby check in. The person checking us in at first said she didn’t have the room we reserved, but refreshed and found one. There was a ‘nightgown’ left behind and missed by cleaning. The hotel areas were clean, well lit and felt safe.

My key card didn’t work. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to come up and see what was going on. They tried another key cards still didn’t work. They sent up to maintenance guys to try and fix it. They giving me a master key card so I can back into my room. The hot water in the shower wasn’t working properly. Please upgrade the interior in rooms.. People are paying money to stay in nice hotels rooms …

The bed was comfortable and smelled clean but the sheets were covered in black makeup stains. There was a pile of ash on the floor in between the beds from a cigarette (I requested a nonsmoking room), the night stands were covered in a layer of dust, and there were piles of very short hairs in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower. No trash can in the bathroom. I told the front desk and they didn’t have a response to everything but said they would tell a manager. Really gross.

The a/c in the room didnt work. I attempted to call for assistance, only to find out the phone didnt work. So, then I called the hotel from my cell phone. The automated system would not allow me to speak with a hotel representative. At this point, I had to go all the way downstairs to report the issue and request a blanket. The blanket never arrived, but they did bring a sheet. To make matters worse, I went to get in bed only to notice it was DIRTY!! Streaks of whatever was on white sheets. Never again will I reserve a room at this place.
