All the food items was awesome and the ambience was at most and we were very well treated and we left like VVIP of the day and we had very good response from Debasis, and Ambika, we were very well treated by Ashim. I will recommend the hotel for my family and all friends thank you very much.

I stepped into the Hotel after 9 Years on my Personal Trip (Previously I used to be a regular visitor on business Trip). The cleanliness of the floor's near the Main Portico was a dismay and papers looked to be filled everywhere. In the Room which I stayed, the Shower Gel was Empty, Hand Was near Empty. This accounted for a visitor to understand that the Hotel Lacked the Previous Glamour. The Things which I noticed that this was not in Synonym with the name ROYAL ORCHID. I am sure you people should be masked under the glory as Visitors do come back on the name that Exits, but surely if this attitude is not corrected and actions put in place within the next couple of years someone is going to beat you out.

The food here was really good. I had visited here with my family members. Sujatha was the one who attended us. She was very friendly and gave us good service and suggested us good food options. Mehaboob the chef was also really good as the food was also really good.

We had great experience with tiger trail restaurant.mr mahaboob cooked our food it's very delicious we enjoyed lot 😋 and mis sujatha helped us selecting menu items.staff was very friendly and courteous .we like to visit soon .over all experience was very good

I feel very good at this place. The look and feel from outside and even inside is very nice. And than we get dinner there food is very good. The chef Mehboob cooked very nice dinner for us. Everyone was very polite and humble specially Sujata and Ambika who served me from the beginning.Service was too fast and good.

Mrs. Ambika Treating the guests politely even the children's and her service at restaurant is so good. Points to note: 1)keep different types of fruits in morning buffet(not watermelon always) 2)keep any information boards like phulka, kucha, naan available at dinner buffet.
