We stayed in Polo Towers Shillong for two days. We were taken care well and additional needs were taken care as well Housekeeping - Pabitra staff

Very Comfortable Stay. Food & overall Service really nice. Will Recommend this for family & Friends for sure. Overall staff from front desk to Housekeeping everyone is very Co-operative. Mr. Pabitra is gem of person, always there to help you out from anything. Thank You So Much for wonderful experience.

Very good sevice, restaurant food is really good.. executive chef Mr charanjit singh is amazing chef and so the person.. Really good option in shilong.staff is very cooperative..house keeping staff is very cooperative,Mr Pavitra is so helpful to us..
