Hotels near Yuanmingyuan Park, Shenzhen

All good. I got a great night’s sleep and the facilities in the room are all good. The best part about this hotel is its location in the vibrant OCT bar, restaurant and coffee district. There is also a (hilly) and lovely park nearby. Highly recommended.

Hotel is old and lack facilities of the newer hotel. But we are there for the location. Had good breakfast in the hotel. Overall still a good experience.

I really liked this hotel. The staff were so friendly. A little shy to use their English but tried hard to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It is an older hotel, but clean and very comfortable. Lots of good places to eat within short walking distance. Some really nice places to walk at the backside of the hotel. It is really quite quiet as well, which is not always the case in China. The price was very reasonable. I need to come back to this area quite often. I'll be staying at this hotel.

Beside window of the world attraction, but otherwise need to book taxi 30 mins to any other main area for shopping. Beside is a mall that has a lot of restaurants so good wasn’t an issue. Room is pretty small as well but just enough for 2 pax.

I took my kids to Window of the World and chose many hotels. I chose this one because the price was right and it was very close to Window of the World. It was more than enough for 4 people to stay in. There was also a washing machine, refrigerator, etc. It was very convenient. Parking was capped at only 10 yuan a day, which was a great deal!

Superb customer service! Kudos to the team, especially Vicky from the front desk. They provided a big full size cake for my husband’s birthday. I cant recall clearly but EVERYONE from the team was very very nice! They also helped me take and open all my taobao purchases and send to my room. Extremely helpful! Had a free upgrade to the room with the view of “window of the world” and saw the fantastic fireworks from the room. Rooftop view was also amazing! Breakfast is great, not super big variety, but well designed menu and well prepared. Location is not perfect but good enough, will definitely stay again if around this area. Thank you!

The hotel room is equipped with free mineral water. After drinking, you can also call a robot to deliver it. Take-out can be delivered upstairs by a robot, which is very safe and convenient. New hotel so all facilities new, good and clean. Drop off is convenient as car or taxi can just enter and drop you off at Hotel doorstep. There's a nice, mini bar area next to reception to wait or chill with a cup of Chinese tea. Hotel also provides a good range of complimentary drinks e.g. Chinese version of coke, sprite, orange soda etc. in each room. Good service. Reception will provide information on nearby places to visit, eateries and transportation etc. They are also understanding and flexible to cater to customer's needs or requests. Located is excellent. Just a short walk and there's ample choices for local eateries, restaurants, supermarkets etc. About 15-20 mins walk to nearest 白石洲 MTR which is on Line 1 where most attractions are and only 1 stop away from Windows of the World. Overall a good experience. Air con and sound proofing can be improved to better cater for light sleepers.
