Ulasan Orange Hotel (Shenzhen North Railway Station)

Pertama-tama tipe kamar tidak sesuai dengan yang di gambar. Saat saya masuk kamar, di dalam kamar ada kolom penahan beban utuh dan lokasinya sempit. Saat pertama kali minta ganti kamar, Saya diberitahu bahwa semua kamar yang saya pesan adalah tipe ini. Saya harus membayar lebih untuk mengubah tipe kamar. Saya pikir saya akan puas dengan itu. Terlambat, tetapi lantai atas sedang direnovasi diselesaikan pada jam 7 malam, yang dapat diterima. Pengalaman keseluruhan sangat buruk dan sarapannya tidak enak [Harap nyalakan suara dalam video di bawah]

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Liu LanLan at the Front Desk always greets me with a small and a personal snack bag. 😄

This is a great hotel and good value for money given location. Number one thing is the staff and their friendliness. They are happy to help with anything. While they may not speak much English, this is not a problems with the technology they use to understand your request and answer you. I had an issue with a change of plans and they had no problems with me keeping my room for a couple more hours post normal checkout time. The location is great in terms of many eating options starting straight out of the entrance, plus all other facilities you need. Metro at my walking pace was just over 5 minutes and and many taxis pass by. Breakfast is the same as all hotels during my China stay, with fruit, cereal then some European and mostly Chinese options. I would definitely come back if I need to visit Shenzhen again.

Free laundry room, breakfast was good, room was clean, bed was comfartable, pillow was good, location is good with nearby restaurant. Everything is orange in here, the vibes was good, and most importantly very friendly to anti-smokers, they will fine the smokers for smoking in the room for RMB 1000 for cleaning fee.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The shampoo smells good. The tea also in orange taste!

The room is spacious and clean. We left something behind and only realized it after leaving. The hotel staff were very helpful and communicative, and mailed us back the item a few hours later. Highly recommended!
