I regret to inform you that after renewing my reservation, I consistently detected the odor of secondhand cigarette smoke emanating from the air conditioning unit each night. I reported this issue to the hotel management, and they took my concerns seriously(Provided air freshener, opened windows); however, they were unable to do too much and resolve the problem, as it appeared that local regulations regarding smoking were not being adequately enforced. The staff could not consistently address the issue by visiting guests' rooms to request compliance, especially since multiple rooms may have been smoking simultaneously. It is imperative for the local authorities to adopt a more stringent approach to enforcing indoor no-smoking regulations.

The best hotel in Shenzhen, Icy, Wendy and other staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. 👍👍👍👍

Hotel is very clean, no smoking smell at all, the service is also very good , i’ve ask for more water and late check out is allowed for membership. Staff Wendy is very nice and customer focused! We will come back to stay if any chance!

About 1km away from 万象天地. Not too much happening around the area but the rooms are so comfy and clean. Exceptional service so far.

Booked 2 rooms for a 2D1N SZ trip. Room size is perfect and rooms are super clean. Love the modern decor very comfortable stay overall. Walking distance to MixC mall also there’s a spa/massage place on 2/f highly recommend it too!! Will definitely come back again

Very good location, just 10 mins walk to big mall with lots of food and drink. The room is clean and tidy.

We were firstly impressed by the cheerful smiles and excellent services extended by Iris Chen & Serena Mai upon arrival at the front desk. After checking in, we asked different questions about local transportation means, time, drop off points and etc, they provided efficient support and information! The room is very clean, nicely designed and well equipped, breakfast buffer offers a wide range of Western and Chinese selection, even freshly made congee and noodles with many options of foods, super delicious! Through Trip.com, we got a very good deal for 1 night stay. We love it and have immediately introduced our friends to Mercury Garden Shenzen Hotel.

Overall very pleasant experience with the whole family and kids.  Jon, front desk customer service, was excellent.  Very friendly and helpful.  Would definitely come back

The service is great and staff are all very helpful. Excellent location to access local shops and restaurants. The aircon in the room was broken tho.
