Different from the pictures. The toilet and room floor is not clean. Small sized. Not that much equipped room. Room door lock was not working sometimes. Several times, I has to wait around 5min to open it. It’s difficult when you have urgent issues to go in to the room. Breakfast is medium. The breakfast choice is limited. Location is very good. Near to window of the world, just 10 min walk. OCT Metro station around 2-3min walk. The frontdesk man doesn’t speak eenglish also.

No hot water on the morning of the checkout day, but otherwise just as good as our first stay. Those bath tubs are still amazing!

Give me a free upgrade because i had another booking of a bigger size. Front desk responsive to request, especially on wechat. They even accommodated to change the room immediately when I felt there was a cigarette smell in room.

Good location. Very easy to access the metro. Check-in was fast and smooth.  First room smelled of smoke, buy they quickly offered me a different room that was fine.  Some housekeepers are friendly, while others were a little rude (but my Mandarin is not very good, so it might have just been miscommunication). Overall, a good stay.

Not exactly what it described here. Not pleasant at all during our stay at this hotel. Poor insulation, no AC no heating facilities, shampoo and shower gels are low quality, room was small and very hot, slippers provided were filthy. TV worked for one day but stopped working the next day. The floor board was broken inside the room. The only positive is they have self-service washing machines provided though the drying system isn't that great. Anyone with a high standard should avoid staying at this hotel at all costs.

The hotel is suitable if you only spend the night there. Conveniently located near the metro, the rooms are small, the bed is also. There are many places to walk and eat nearby. in general, 2-3 days is a good option.

That was decent room for two nights. Location was very good as Metro station is on other side of the road. Nothing to compare with though.

Hotel is old and lack facilities of the newer hotel. But we are there for the location. Had good breakfast in the hotel. Overall still a good experience.

The AC couldn't warm up the room properly,so it was cold. The room is very small and the pillows are uncomfortable.

Breakfast option was less and with same name there is one more hotel we went to wrong address first. But hotel reception was so good helped us to book cab from that location to come at right address. Food option for vegetarian was less in breakfast so we used paid service to order food.
