Ulasan Shenzhen Huaqiangbei Atour Hotel

The hotel is well located right next to the metro station, in a convenient part of Shenzhen. Unfortunately when we arrived, although the late night porridge was still open, there was no food left. The room was comfortable but there was a slight smell in the corridors and the breakfast wasn’t as varied as it has been in other Atour hotels. The service from the staff at reception was attentive and friendly.

Great location and I have a very comfortable stay in this hotel. The train station just next the hotel very convenient if you would prefer take train to your next destination. Highly recommended hotel and many restaurant just nearby by walking distance.

even without deducting the trip coin, the cost of the room was just very reasonable. it's clean n the staffs were very helpful n friendly. definitely will stay the same hotel again if we co.e shenzhen again. makes our stay in shenzhen an excellent impression.

Stayed for 5 nights. Check-in was fast and location was great with 2 to 5 metro stops around SZ places. Breakfast could be a little better with more variety but the dim sum and soy bean was great, otherwise the international variety could have more choices. Room is clean and non-carpeted so no itchy nose. The only gripe was the window in the room was small and there was no mentioned in the booking! Some upselling was done was the counter to upgrade to a better view, away from lift and bigger window... ***?

All the staffs at this hotel are wonderful helpers! We really like their cloth washing service, breakfast is good, WiFi speed is fast, and bath water is excellent. We extended our stay from 2 days to 7 days. we suggest to increase the shelf spaces for convenience.

This hotel is clean and it’s just right next to the tube station , they got a robot to send delivery up to our room which is a very good idea so I don’t need to go down to pick up my delivery.

Great location and good customer service and hospitality. Only that cleanliness needs a bit more work as we found the toilet seat has stain. Love their little cute robot. Would return again.
