Hotelnya baru direnovasi. Lingkungannya elegan dan bersih. Kamarnya baru dan nyaman. Sarapannya banyak variasi dan enak. Transportasinya nyaman. Anda dapat melihat Metro Jalur 1 dan Jalur 12 dari lobi hotel. Anda dapat melihat Metro Jalur 1 dan Jalur 12 dari lobi hotel. Anda bisa sampai ke Stasiun Airport East dalam beberapa menit Yang terpenting hotel ini juga memiliki shuttle bus gratis ke dan dari bandara 24 jam sehari.

Dari penjemputan di bandara, meja depan, katering, dan sejujurnya, ini adalah efektivitas biaya saya secara keseluruhan saat ini. Ini adalah hotel yang sangat bagus. Transportasi yang nyaman: Hotel ini memiliki layanan penjemputan gratis. Saya bertanya kepada wanita di meja depan dan dia memberi tahu saya bahwa Anda dapat belok kanan di pos keamanan dan berjalan 500 meter ke stasiun kereta bawah tanah. Ada Jalur 1 dan 12. Saya menginap satu hari lalu berangkat, kalau ke Hong Kong sangat nyaman jika langsung ke stasiun kereta bawah tanah dan naik Jalur 1 ke Pelabuhan Luohu. Ada sebuah kafe di lantai satu yang sepertinya belum buka. Hotelnya terlihat sangat mewah, kamarnya cukup nyaman, udaranya bagus, dan lingkungannya oke

Saya menginap di hotel ini sebelum epidemi. Kali ini saya pergi keluar dengan teman-teman dan memesan restoran ini (baru dibuka dengan kegiatan). Parkir sangat nyaman. Hotel-hotel utama telah direnovasi dan sarapan disediakan. Saya masih mencium baunya ketika Saya check in Ada wangi samar, sangat nyaman, dan pelayanan di front desk sangat baik. Saya bertanya ke front desk, dan butuh beberapa menit berjalan kaki ke stasiun kereta bawah tanah. Kami naik kereta bawah tanah ke Shenzhen Bay Mixc City dan Talent Park dalam waktu setengah jam, saya sangat puas kali ini.

It’s not very clean but just a stopover for catching the flight. Breakfast was not very appetising but just to fill your stomach.

15 minute by shuttle from airport. Reception is ok. Rooms are big looks good but ALL SMELL OF SMOKE. . . we asked for NO smoking and they assured us that they had this kind of of room. We changed room but same smell. We couldn’t sleep. Breakfast very very POOR. Terrible cafe.The women in the breakfast room not polite at all.

Highly recommended hotel! Super clean, great location, super smooth serving, the best staff.

What a delightful and courteous service provided by the receptionist! She ensured a very smooth checkin process. She was very patient since I could not speak Chinese. She translated patiently on her app and communicated with me patiently. No petulance at all! Kudos to her and the hotel staff. If you can’t speak Chinese and are thinking to book a room at this hotel, please go ahead! The staff will do their best to communicate with you effectively using translation apps!

That was a very nice hotel, Big, clean, and the service is awesome. They also provide a free ride to the airport. The price comparing to this hotel is so worthy and cheap.

Had a good sleep.I got help from airport information staff to contact the hotel. I Used gate number 15 to exit and found the shuttle bus parking. Hotel bus came to pickup me in 20 minutes.

The room in this hotel which I stayed at was clean and big. The bed was comfortable and toilet was clean. The hotel also provided simple breakfast. I will come again, in November. Thanks I

My flight arrived in the middle of the night, around  00.30. Hotel picked me up privately. Free of charge. Arrived hotel around 01.00, 3 front office staffs,  gave  very warm full of smiles faces. And when I enterd the room, WOW. Very spacious, newly renovated and clean. Honestly, when I booked the hotel, with this price, I had very low expectation. Breakfast included, although only simple meals, all fresh cooked and tasted good. I only booked for one night, but ended up stayed for a week there. And also went back there one day before my flight back home. If the location was not far from city centre I would stay there for my whole trip in Shenzhen. When you book hotels via online, usually everything looks nicer than the reality.  However, Shenzhen Airport Hotel gives you beyond expectation experience. I'm very satisfied with Shenzhen Airport Hotel. I think I will give 5 * ++ rating if possible. Definitely will come back again next time.

The airport pick up service is really convinient. Our flight delayed and reached after mid night. Informed hotel and the shuttle bus came quickly. Check in is fast. Breakfast choice is not much, but good for one night stay. The subway is around 300-400 meters away. Will stay again when fly to Shenzhen next time.
