Ulasan Shenzhen Airport Hotel（Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport T3 Terminal Store）

Stayed here due to the free airport shuttle from airport and to airport. Stayed here during transit. Near to the metro station Line 1. Added wechat of the hotel for airport pickup and its was easy communication if you have wechat account. The room has all the basic necessities.

The free shuttle bus was easy to find by following the recommendations they send on WeChat: I strongly recommend you to add them on WeChat for easier communication with the hotel and shuttle service. The hotel room was big, clean and nice. The Chinese buffet breakfast was nice for me too. I disliked that no gym (or no gym available at this time): one of the reasons I booked this hotel was that it's advertised to have a gym.

The location is very accessible. Near the metro station. Rooms are clean. Good food. Breakfast is simple and the choices are chinese food.

The ‘call property’ function on Trip.com app is very useful for foreigners to call the hotel to arrange for airport pick up. Room was spacious and clean. Great value.

Clean, beautifully renovated modern rooms. Staff was friendly. Location is quite good next to metro line 1 (walking distance). Shuttle to airport also reliable. Finding it and connecting though Wechat was very difficult, must find a way to easily add the hotel's number in wechat like a QR code or something in the reservation confirmation message. Would stay again, overall good layover spot.

Very short stay. Was clean with good service. Airport pick was good. But its 15-20 minutes from the airport. So it takes awhile to get back and forth and 30 minutes wait to get on the shuttle.

I stayed here on a long layover. Everything was perfect. The guest staff were so helpful - and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. They also arranged a free shuttle back to the airport the next day, and I enjoyed the simple breakfast included in my purchase. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and conveniently located near Shenzhen International Airport. I stayed there during my flight transit to Harbin. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle service, which is a great bonus. Highly recommended!

Nothing to complain besides the room and the bathroom could have been cleaner

Wasted so many hours waiting for the acceptance of temp visa. There is a rule that most countries can use temp visa if staying for less than 172 hours but the immigration is a pain and takes them 3-6 hours to do it!

Just a quick stop over for a short rest before heading to town as flight arrived 3am A simple hotel but they provide airport pick up FOC service

It's a nice hotel.Good breakfast. Free shuttle to airport. Near to Metro just under 500m. Helpful front desk staff. I recommend. I will stay again.

It’s not very clean but just a stopover for catching the flight. Breakfast was not very appetising but just to fill your stomach.

A minimalist hotel near train station. Convenient.
