Good location! A scenic walk to the kasbah in one direction and another short walk to the main square in the other. Breakfast was typical Moroccan with salad, bread options, jams and drinks. Sheets were not the freshest but forgivable. Worth to note that it's a 200m downhill walk to CTM.

We stayed here as 2 families with kids, the hotel is old but is well maintained and clean in, However we got a beetle in room which was not pleasing during the visit. We also took option of half board with breakfast and dinner but food options seemed limited Staff was very courteous and helpful - overall stay was good. The bathroom need to have ventilation and kettle in room will be much appreciate

The hotel includes a very beautiful garden, a restaurant terrace with outstanding views, free parking, and friendly service staff. The facilities are average, similar to the domestic Hanting 7 Days standard, the restaurant is average, the price/performance ratio is good, and it is generally recommended.

We booked a deluxe double room, but we were given a superior double room. It was very dishonest. Later, we contacted Ctrip customer service to refund the price difference. The bathroom sink is as shown in the picture. There is a swimming pool on the outdoor platform of the restaurant. The view is OK, and the food is average.

The room was barren with only one overhead light. There were no bedside lamps. The shower tended to allow water to flood the floor. The TV only had 12 channels (one in English). The wi-fi was so weak I was unable to post pictures. The AC didn't work. The dinner buffet adequate but the breakfast selection was very limited. The highlight was the patio overlooking the city.

The room is worse than a backpacker lodge through Europe. The room contains a bed and a desk and a tiny bar fridge. Towels are gray and the size of tea towels and thread bare. The tiles are stained and the air conditioning does not work, no complimentary water. Fleas in the room

Kenzi Hotel would have been a grand hotel in its day, however as expected over the years it is starting to show wear and tear. Our room was very tired and in need of update, when having a shower water wet all over bathroom floor, no hair dryer provided, the bath towels are very worn out and uncomfortable to use. Pool area was lovely with beautiful views. Dinner was buffet style, very good variety.Breakfast was average. All staff were very friendly and attentive.

Room is very average and not modern. It has almost no amenties. Hotel needs renovation in many areas as it got very old. Despite that, i found it to be charming. Restaurant has an amazing view. Breakfast is average but it has some delicious moroccan pastries. The staff are very friendly and trying their best. Room cleaning was very well done. Hotel has no Elevator so I had to use the Escalator. Hotel is very well situated. A lot of good restaurants are at 5 minutes walk distance.

It is a great hotel. We were two ladies clean very good decoration. Food is excellent. Safe for ladies Walking distance from airport We walked from airport. Also excellent location. It is a steep heel bare in mind Great healthy food Great for its price

I usually don't write reviews, but this hotel really needs one. Let's begin with the positives: the pool view. Regrettably, that's the only positive aspect. Now, onto the negatives. Where do I even start? The rooms feel like they're stuck in the 80s, the beds are as uncomfortable as sleeping on rocks, bugs infesting the room, and no refrigerator. For a pleasant stay in Ouarzazate, I highly recommend choosing a different hotel as there are numerous options available. Additionally, please note that this is a 4-floor hotel without an elevator. I had a wonderful experience at Kenzi Rissani in Errachidia, mistakenly assuming that the same chain would offer similar standards. Lesson learned. A humorous incident occurred when I reported the bugs at reception; they casually dismissed it, attributing the bugs to the garden. Interestingly, the room was on the 4th floor. As for the Wi-Fi on the 4th floor, it's practically non-existent.

I spent a pleasant week in this hotel, the staff is extremely kind and very helpful, especially KAMAL is the manager he was very friendly with us he has a sense of humor, basically it's was a good experience in terms of accommodation the rooms are spacious and very clean and very comfortable and also the restaurants there, I really recommend this hotel
