This was our second stay at the Radisson Blu Royal Mile hotel, and it was equally as good as the first. All the staff we dealt with were excellent. We made use of the car park, pool, room service and breakfast. All were brilliant. The Christmas gifts for our wee one on arrival was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Thanks again, hopefully see you again soon.

The location is very good. Amenities, room and food like snacks and breakfast buffets are nice. There was a hotel carpark, which was convenient to those driving to Edinburgh. Will book this hotel again if visit Edinburgh further.

The location is great, right on the shopping street and convenient to all attractions. I highly recommend this hotel. The room is warm and clean, it is convenient to travel, and the service staff is patient~

There were flies, so I told the staff and came over to ask, but nothing happened. During the cleaning, the garbage bags were changed and the coffee bar was not replenished. I told the front desk and they brought a big bag of coffee and tea (I think the Chinese want to get this for free, right?) The toilet smelled like sewer, I didn’t know it was so How can the facilities and services of an expensive hotel be so poor? I wrote a complaint feedback on the official website but there was no feedback. So much so that I subconsciously refused to make a reservation when I saw Radisson Blu. But the location is very good, with the old city just downstairs.
