Ulasan Zunxiang International Apartment (Shenzhen Futian Convention and Exhibition Center)

The receptionist had difficulty in finding my booking because my is in English. But they finally found it. Check in was smooth. How to turn on room electricity was a bit confusing, because the power card slot was not near the main light swich like it is usually located in most hotel. The rest was ok, stayed only for 1 night, didnt really had much time to enjoy the room. The receptionist though, despite some difficulty speaking English, is very friendly and very helpful.

This hotel is nearby metro station. The room is comfortable. The children like it. The bed is soft and comfortable, cozy, and the sound insulation is good. It's great, I will come again next time.

Good location near Metro station, walking distance to Seg Electronic Market, mall and so many restaurants nearby.

Very big and beautiful room compared to the price. The hotel provided tons of water for us which was super awesome! Staffs are very friendly and helpful ,although they don’t speak English but they really try to communicate. Location was in walking distance of the metro. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Great location, plenty of food within walking distance. There are several wholesale buildings in the area: electronics, cosmetics etc. Yannan metro is the nearest, there are other metro lines a little further. Still very convenient to get around. Stayed 3 nights and was offered free upgrade. 😊

OVERALL , I am very satisfied with the place. It is clean , good area , convenient , quiet and east to get to anywhere. Near to subway. Many restaurant and mini market around the area. The people are friendly and helpfull , the only thing that is little ( not so good ) just the fridge since it is too small and old BUT basically since i do not use it , it is fine with me. BUT if I were to visit shenzhen again , I am 100% will stay again in this service apartment that I think it is really nice and good.....95% satisfied. Hope they will keep it CLEAN and GOOD SERVICE

It is convenient to get to from Shenzhen North train station. The first night I did not like the room, but they changed me to a much nicer room the next day. The pictures make the space appear to be larger, but it was nice. I was disappointed that there were no utensils to eat or cook with, but the area has several places to eat, and is walking distance to many shops and a mall with high-end stores. The service is excellent as they are attentive to your needs. The price is a bit high for what you receive, but overall a decent experience.
