Ulasan Shanshui Fashion Hotel (Shenzhen Luohu Port International Trade Branch)

This is not the staff fault. They did their best. I was given a room who had smokers in it. There were also constantly smokers in the hallway. Fines not imposed. I was then given another room not to the specifications I booked. For example, No city view. The lights in the room flickered when turned off. Dangerous. The window latch was broken. Security risk. The breakfast was cold and often absent. Coffee cold all the time. On one occasion no where to sit. I feel absolutely ripped off and want a refund.

The location is about 20-30mins walk if u are dragging a luggage but it gets faster if you don’t have a luggage. The hotel is next to convenience stores but there are not much food options in the immediate vicinity. Overall is a basic hotel which is clean, but the hotel needs to be stricter on guests who smoke in the public areas. The corridors are filled with smoke and cigar smell and there’s no ventilation for the smell to escape. When i asked the manager why they allow the guests to smoke in the corridor she said they talked to the guests but can’t do anything else. This is not only a nuisance to other guests but also a major fire hazard. Other minor things, they have a fridge in the room but it does not work. I can only say I will not return again.

Service is good. Relatively close to the port. However, it doesn't have much amenities and restaurants around the area. The hotel is clean.But the staff's understanding English is just fair.

The hotel location is 10 mins walking distance but with a heavy luggage you have to take a taxi. Some taxis don't want to go to a suck close-by hotels. I extended my stay by 1 day and to get the another days' fare the staff knocked at my door at 9 pm asking to pay asap immediately though they did not speak a word of English and used their phone to translate. I asked them if I could pay the next morning when I check out and they refused as if not trusting me. My Intl credit card did not work in this hotels so I had to pay cash. I will not stay in this hotel next time., my stay with the above argument was not happy. There are better hotels in Luohu area.

This hotel is next to the Hong Kong and Macau visa office, just a few steps away, very convenient, good service attitude, very high cost performance, and very close to Shenzhen Station, very good.

The location of the hotel is great. It's a 10-minute walk from Luohu Railway Station. The room is spacious and well-equipped. There are sofas, refrigerators, TVs, laundry rooms, and it's very clean. It's a very comfortable stay. I'll stay here again next time.
