The building seems to be not a formally constructed one for commercial use, but a village building retrofitted as a “brand” hotel. The carpet smells & I got a few bites which still bother me after 3 days of that hotel stay. It needs serious update for its hygiene issue…

Good service，Service agent Aska is very helpful. Surrounding with restaurants and supermarket and dine out lately. Some facilities are old and bathroom with minor water leakage during bathing

Always stay at this place. Delivery of good vegetarian food avbl. All amenties can buy well. Good staff.

Nice and big room, clean and the bed size was good for 3 peoplento sleep in , breakfast was good had everything a person would need overall had a good experience at this hotel, will come again for sure

Overall a good stay for a short trip to revisit the place I used to stay at more than 10 years ago. The room was clean and spacious although the outflow of water in the shower room could be better designed. The staff at the hotel are all friendly and helpful. A special compliment to the front desk receptionist Winni 小秋 who went the extra mile to help enquire about the delivery for items which were left at the hotel after checked out.

What a truly wonderful and unique experience. Rooms are clean and tidy. Loved this hotel. Wonderful staff, nice city view. Late check out. We love the breakfast buffet. The breakfast is fantastic and amazing. The price is reasonable. Highly Recommended Nearest Metro Station : Bei'er

This hotel is great and above our expectation. It is close to the metro, the room is large & clean and the breakfast was great. Even the front desk was nice and very helpful. Since we went during CNY, the staff our git to our kids and they love it. Recommend this hotel and will go stay there again in the future.

Location Very near to Huawei based and 貝爾路 metro station which is comfort to me. Also the service is great! The breakfast is normal but satisfying still. Overall is a great experience.

While it is part of the Hampton by Hilton, this hotel is quite old even after the renovation with low structure/ceiling and inside is quite dark. Location is very convenient and within walking distance from 2 metro stations. Seems like hotel is short staffed for the breakfast.

Amy and Kiki are very friendly during the check in and out. Their help make check in and out much more smoothly because we have a lot of luggage.

Did not disappoint as it was reliable in terms if Hamptom service standards. Helpful staff and Clea environment.
