Not suitable for family and kids. Smoking smell everywhere, no drop off area for the car and very minimal facilities

Great location literally 250meters from shinagawa station. Hardest part was getting the luggage up the hill to the hotel but apart from that very nice, vending machines, laundry, 7/11 around the corner and 3 restaurants withing 15meters of hotel

Good for stay with friends, family and or the other. Best location due to near the convenience store and you can leave your luggage before check-in this hotel.

Room is of course small but what is worst that room is very dark, lighting is very poor and wallpaper is dark color making it even worse. Other than that no issues.

I found some rubbish in the room. I wanted that the hotel stores my luggage for one day but the rejected. The breakfast took very long for it is a fixed set

The room is very clean, the transportation is very convenient, and the surrounding restaurants are also good. I will continue to stay in this hotel next time. The hotel breakfast is satisfactory.

Overall it's good, but there are construction sites around it and the whole Shinagawa is under renovation.

Convenient transportation, about 3 minutes away from the JR train station, self-check out, fast and convenient, there are coffee drinks for self-service, very satisfied, thank you😊

Conveniently located in front of the station. The Royal Host restaurant below was crowded for breakfast, but the turnover was fast so it was fine. The twin room had a bathtub and washing area, and the toilet was separate so I could take a long soak. You could see Tokyo Tower from the room, so I think it was good value for money.

The room is super small, there is no ventilation, it was too hot at night to sleep, the front desk had a bad attitude, I don't know where the good reviews came from! It's definitely a scam! Very poor value for money!

The location is very good. Get out of Shinagawa Station and find the right exit. Opposite the nearest exit is a *** store called Hollywood. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. However, the road is a slightly angled slope, which is a bit tiring if you drag a suitcase. The hotel is quite strict about the check-in time. You can only get the door card at 3 pm, unlike Nagoya and Osaka where you can check in earlier. However, you can store your suitcase. If you arrive at the hotel early, you can store it and go out to play. There is a small shopping mall and 711 next to the hotel, including Matsumoto Kiyoshi and several Western restaurants, which is convenient for buying cosmetics on the last night, eating something near the hotel and going back to rest.
