The hotel in the village has a very small room, and it's hard to turn around. It's a 2-star hotel in the village at best, I don't know how it got a 4-star rating

Good but antique place close to Venezia. We slept for one night only, and it’s enough for this. Good relation quality/prize. Breakfast maybe a little bit poor, but very good food quality. Excelent town to visit , a surprise for us. I recommend you.

We had booked double room, two single beds pushed together we asked for room with double, they couldn’t oblige, also room smelled of cigarette so we were moved to another room still not a good smell, breakfast was less than mediocre! Overall very disappointing.

Standard rooms are quite tiny, the superior one we have booked is more spacious, but is was not easy to find a place for one mot very big suitcase. The bed is big but short. All superior rooms are at he attic, with one small windows in the roof, so it is a lack of daylight. Soundproofing between bedrooms is practically absent. Air conditioner didn't work during our stay. The breakfast is very basic.

Perfect location in the middle of this ancient village. Rooms are very nice, parking is most convenient and the breakfast is very well done. All the people associated with this wonderful place are nice and friendly. We especially enjoy our visits with our favorite Spessotto Lady ... Elisabetta ... she has become like family and one of the primary reasons we have stayed at the Spessotto every year since 2010 (except for two years during the pandemic).

Hotel nice central location parking available. Very kind and friendly reception. Single room a little small with dated furnishings but clean. Nice view of the pier and the historic centre. The breakfast, however, needs to be reviewed due to the limited offer and above all without a corner dedicated to intolerances despite notification. For a 4 star one expects something more

I didn't see any trace of the fourth star, however the room was quite large and comfortable. Professional friendly service and quite large parking. The problem was the breakfast, completely unacceptable both in terms of assortment and quality. If I can give some advice, it's better to eliminate it and replace it with some agreement with the numerous bars nearby. You would gain in score and I think in costs.

All perfect! Very close to the centre, the hotel has parking, very clean rooms and bathrooms! But the real jewel of the hotel are the people who work there! I am incredibly kind and uniquely available! Always smiling, they treat customers with the utmost professionalism. The price is also excellent, I will definitely be back, you too!

The strong point of this hotel is certainly the location: a few steps from the mills and with internal parking included. The structure is ancient, but is maintained very well. The welcome was excellent and flawless. The standard room is normal, perhaps a little small to move around easily. Impeccable cleanliness and order. The breakfast in the (sushi) restaurant on the ground floor left something to be desired, both in terms of quality and choice of products. Finally, I found the bill slightly above average, but still honest.

the staff is exquisite and welcoming, the hotel and the room are clean and functional. The room was perhaps a little small. Given my needs, it was fine, but probably not good for someone who wants to spend many hours a day there. Breakfast was fine, but a couple of sweet items had a clear taste of something salty. Maybe because of the joint preparations. It can happen to anyone, nothing tragic, but maybe you just need to be a little careful. The price, for the service (room + breakfast) and the location seemed to me to be on average (or at most slightly above average) with those in the area, but the good quality should still be considered.
