Mold growing on bedroom ceiling, quite a lot of it. Wanted to change rooms but was told that all rooms had some amount of mold growing there?

Very clean hotel, front desk staff was really helpful . Convenient location with many restaurants, banks, and pubs. And enjoyed the night street food.

Room condition was fine considering the price. The receptionist was very friendly. I visited from abroad, so the language was different and communication was not smooth, but she was very considerate. It was a good service experience. The location of the accommodation was very good. (There is a large shopping mall right below, so it was convenient.)

Nice enough apartments for the price, but I booked this for the gym and pool to Find that I had to pay extra for both which was crap. Would have booked elsewhere if I had known. They need to make this info more prominent. The hot water was never quite hot enough.

Clean and good location. Recommend for short stay. There is nothing much to expect. Within the price, it's worth to stay.

The location is very good as it is on top of a shopping mall. The metro is within walking distance and there are a lot of yummy food all round.

公寓就在下沙站KK ONE樓上，地理位置很不錯，check-in要在8樓，本次住宿在23樓，屋內有洗衣機雪櫃，屋內有兩個房間，設備一般，屋內帶點煙味，但床單亦算乾淨，整體尚可，一家四口合用。

地點很好, 近地鐵站, 下樓就是商場, 小區裡還有很多地道小店, 粉麵小食應有盡有，推介街邊有一檔烤冷麵 和 商場酒吧旁的西餐廳。晚上有時還有流動商販，但吃太飽沒試上。 房間也很乾淨，海景房間下午5點左右的黃昏很美。要求安排了高層，廷靜的，隔音不錯，偶爾會有一點車輛響鞍的聲音，但始終其他單位是民居嘛，所以日間都會有點開門 關門 走廊有人走過的聲音, 但晚上都是靜的。

酒店地理位置非常好，附近有大型商場和食肆。吃喝玩樂都很方便。 房間有點舊，但衛生條件還不錯，就是床褥有點硬，和枕不太舒服！前台非常有禮貌，很願意幫忙。

辦入住快，也可以2點才退房. 這次給升級了房間，空間感好點. 有洗衣機和烘衣機. 周邊方便，叫外賣也方便. 希望之後也升級下.

非常舒適，已經住了兩次，非常值得，下星期又要再住一次了，棒棒棒。 非常推荐给身边的朋友入住，期望下一次入住。

和家人一起定了兩間套房，一間是兩房的套房，另外一間是一房的套房，房間安排在不同樓層，可能是暑假。 所以價錢比較貴
