Hotel location is bit out of the way to town or tourists attractions but there’s train stations just right in-front of the hotel very convenient.
The hotel stuffs are friendly and helpful as well as the housekeepers, you can get all your necessary amenities with excellent services.
Room is clean, comfy, spacious and of all grading perfect 10 out of 10 for aroma smell which just great for non-smokers who got disturbed my smoking smell, more than expectation.
Hotel design with library concept at their lobby is cool, and good space to enjoy their cafe services . Some dishes of their Chinese style breakfast is great to try too.

The hotel was welcoming and they immediately upgraded us to a higher bigger sea view room. Special mention to Coco who was our point of contact for all our requirement. She took good care of us during our stay.
The hotel is 1 km from Sea World and 600 meter from Shekou Passenger Ferry Terminal.
I will stay again during my next visit.

The hotel is very new, clean and comfortable, with a quiet environment and excellent transportation. It is close to the Shekou Cruise Center. Coco received us warmly and professionally, with a friendly smile. She even gave us breakfast as a gift and will continue to stay there on our next business trip

We stayed in the 270 room and it was very lovely. Amazing view. Great shower and coffee maker too. We had some difficulty with the electrical system and the curtains but the staff was helpful in solving the problem. The breakfast had many lovely Asian cooked dishes which we enjoyed, but I wished they were labeled- especially for food allergies. We rated cleanliness as average because we found a previous person’s contact lens on the night stand. That grossed us out a bit. Overall, it was a great stay.

Just next to metro station since it is new developed area, there are not many shops or anything surround. K11 shopping mall is not yet opened. Other than that, everything is great
