When I visited Lavender Hotel in another area, I was satisfied with everything. Facilities, cleanliness, surrounding infrastructure, location, friendliness, etc. Yes, this time I booked the Lavender Hotel near Shenzhen Airport. It's a little disappointing compared to the Lavender Hotel, but the staff is very friendly. It seems like a good hotel for foreigners to visit. The room is a bit small

The hostel is good place and the customer service was really great, the receptionist was kind and helping in many ways. The only thing I don’t like was the cleanliness of the room and bad smell. I can’t say every room is like this but the one I got in is not good.

滿有期待但有失望既一間複式房間。缺點 : 1. 冷氣唔足夠，令到上間熱到瞓唔到覺，有兩層兩張大床都無用。(如冬天就問題不大) 2. 電視機只係裝飾品，接收唔到電視頻道睇，按左半小時都無嘢可以瞓住睇。 3. 近車路早上會嘈 4. 燈制裝置設計差，另到上下層燈光的調較有問題優點 : 1. 房間夠大(可惜無一張長梳化坐) 2. 床褥好瞓 3. 浴室不錯，水壓夠大冲涼都舒服，但有點可惜咁大房間都無個浴缸可以比客人浸浴。

酒店位置距離大仟裏要行約10分鐘路程，附近也有不少美食，位於十字路口上有3間酒店，所以都算有較多食店在附近，晚上也有人在酒店附近擺攤，燒烤、水果訂了2間房間，有一間房空調不算十分涼快，另一間非常涼快，一間有衣櫃，另一間沒衣櫃，但卻多一個單座位梳化和小茶几，整體還是滿意的

酒店房間雙床夠寬闊，而且有閣樓，空間充裕，一家大小4人入住也可以，服務員亦都熱誠有禮，可惜酒店營運有一定歲月，設施維護不好，毛巾及床單都有破洞，地氈有污漬，房間閣樓設計樓上冷氣不足，交通距離坪洲地鐵站數百米，夏天走去也挺曬

這次很驚喜，因為前台很熱情服務態度蠻好的，酒店環境不錯，床單被套都很乾凈這點很難得，衞生間也沒什麼味道。如果下次過來還會入住滴，表揚前台接待我的小美女，希望工作順利

今次一入房間, 發現氣味已經不太好。之後見到門口位置牆身有個破洞, 即刻向酒店反映, 話會安排職員過來了解。但等了很久還未有, 於是再反映。職員前來了解後, 簡單表示不用理會就走了。到凌晨時候, 小孩想上廁所, 我們竟然發現有隻小蜈蚣在廁所地下。幸好當然有大人在旁處理，否則小朋友真的很危險。之前住笋崗分店有蟑螂，今次仲嚴重。決定不再光顧此酒店！
