Ulasan Bonsai Hotel Bangkok

Desainnya sangat baru dan cocok untuk check-in. Tidak ada fasilitas lain. Harga sebenarnya masuk akal. Tidak apa-apa, tapi kamarnya bau dan hotelnya dekat sekali dengan jalan raya, jadi berisik sekali. 

Transportasinya nyaman dan dekat dengan bandara dan stasiun kereta api, tetapi hotel ini sangat kecil, tidak memiliki fasilitas, dan kamarnya sangat kecil, pada dasarnya adalah hotel kecil tanpa layanan dan isolasi suara yang buruk! Sepuluh hingga dua puluh menit berjalan kaki dari pusat kota

Lokasinya oke, tapi hotelnya desainnya aneh. Rata-rata bukan nilai terbaik untuk uang

Very nice hotel with large room space. Everything is good except AC did not really reach the bed, surrounding make up table only. Theres a 7-11 right beside the hotel. Grab is easy to navigate.

Everything was great. Near to the Airport Link station and also 7-11. Location was quite convenient. The only downside is the intersection in front of the hotel is always crowded which caused the crazy traffic jam everyday!

The hotel has a modern and clean atmosphere, fostering a comfortable stay. Its amenities, though average, include a free snack bar, a thoughtful touch for guests. However, the bathroom design falls short of expectations, suggesting room for improvement in this area to enhance guest comfort. The hotel's proximity to the city center is a definite advantage for exploring the area easily. While public transportation may not be the most convenient option, the availability of motor services (Bolt/Grab) offers a quick and accessible alternative for reaching the city center within 10-15 minutes.

Pros: - Very comfortable bed - Very quiet, despite building located next to main road, I had deep sleep even though I’m a light sleeper - Courteous staff - Coffee and snacks complimentary till 2pm daily - Next to a 7-11 Cons: - Loft format of room was cramped and bathroom narrow and oddly shaped  - My 1.88m husband has a hard time moving around the second floor bed area; couldn’t even stretch his arms up - For safety they placed a glass partition next to the stairs but that blocked our view of the TV - Occasional sewage smell coming from the bathroom - Bidet not working, informed staff every day but it still was not fixed Overall for the price and location I feel it is not worth it.  -

my stay with Bonsai was terrible. When i first stayed in room 304, the aircon had an unpleasant smell and yet there was nothing the hotel could do for me as all the room was fully occupied. They only gave me an air fresher to endure until the next day. They changed me to room 203,however, the air was stagnant and the room was not sound proof and bed was itchy for both 203 and 304 Didn't have a good sleep for 2 consecutive nights.Never gonna stay with them again.The good thing perhaps is that they have spacious room and good location.If you need a good sleep,this is not a place for u.

really aesthetically pleasing place, room was ready at 11am which was surprising but appreciated. hotel is a few mins away from the station, but do note that there’s no shelter until the front door, even if you had taken a cab/grab. 7-11 is right beside which was very convenient! room was pretty clean and everything was great except that the walls are thin and on the nights that i’ve stayed, other guests were pretty noisy but not a problem for heavy sleepers. the room is quite small for 2 people so i would recommend getting a bigger room unless you’re a solo traveler/have a smaller luggage. theres also free breakfast until 2pm! staff are quite fluent in english as well, overall a great stay nevertheless!

booked a 5D4N stay here and was pretty good. Just around 2 mins walk from Ratchaprapo MRT (airport line) . From Suvarnabhumi airport to here v convenient , no need to xfer . 7-11 just right beside hotel. Hotel staff are nice, polite and helpful . Rooms are clean, good space for two. For Sg/ malaysia charger can directly use the hotel one, no need adapter alr. V convenient ! Overall v good and highly recommended 👍🏻

Location is very central and convenient. It is close to the train that goes to the airport. However, being close to the city, the rooms can get very noisy especially if you are facing the road. The service and facilities were mediocre and nothing to write about.

Its super convenience. Near tmr train and just a 5mins walk to mall such as centre world, bug c etc.

Very nice place, spacious and clean. Will book again.
