A nice room opposite the red walkway. There's a Wanda a short ride away at the metro stop(Fenghuang Town Station is the nearest stop).

This stay at the New Runhua Hotel completely refreshed my perception of service! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member had a sincere smile. The front desk lady also checked in very efficiently and upgraded our room type. This surprise made me feel at home instantly.

The room was not clean. I changed rooms twice. The toilet in the bathroom was blocked as soon as I used it. The smell was very strong. Both rooms were on the first floor. I was fed up. The windows in the room could not be closed and the air conditioner could not be used. When it was turned on, the warm air was roaring. The temperature in the room was getting higher and higher, and it was stuffy. Then it was quiet when it was turned off, but the windows could not be closed. I couldn't sleep at all listening to the sound of cars and people outside all night. As you can see in the picture, there was cigarette ash on the sheets, the floor was covered with ash, and there was no safety chain on the door. There was a safety hazard. I didn't dare to sleep all night.

Below room 8226 is the place where goods are transported in and out and garbage is stored. The noise is very loud and the windows are not soundproof, which affects sleep. The noise continues in the middle of the night, and when the windows are closed and the air conditioner is turned on, it blows hot air, which is very uncomfortable.

Excellent value for money. The room is comfortable and the shower facilities are good. The air conditioner has air conditioning and heating. The breakfast is rich, it would be better if there is coffee. When visiting Hongqiao Park, this hotel is the best choice. It only takes five minutes to take a taxi to Guangming Wanda.

A very pleasant surprise inn, not a hotel but a friendly inn, a great experience. Affordable price, all kinds of unexpected services are available, except that the TV is not big enough. The bed is very comfortable, very good. The lady at the front desk is also very patient, not only providing very good service, I will come again next time, the overpass is Hongqiao Park, which is very convenient.

I checked into this hotel on short notice. The parking location is convenient and the front desk service is very good and attentive. The hygiene is good in all aspects. I will choose to stay here next time I pass by.

The environment is elegant and relatively quiet. The room is clean and hygienic. The service is warm. I stayed here for three consecutive days. It was a very good accommodation experience. I will come again next time.

The price of the twin room is quite cheap, the area is large and the facilities are complete. The location of the hotel is easy to find, far away from the city and quite quiet at night. Takeaways can be delivered to the door. I don't know why the windowless room I booked has a window, and there are two. The noise from the parking lot woke up my friend in the morning 😅

Very bad experience, extremely low cost performance, old facilities, very irresponsible front desk and service staff, very bad attitude. Never give such a bad review to a hotel. We booked a standard twin room. As soon as we entered the room, there was a very ugly smell of cigarettes and a smell of unwashed pillows. The next day, I got up and wanted to take a shower. I ran the water for ten minutes before I could barely get a very thin stream of hot water. After taking a shower, I found that the hair dryer had tripped without ever being used. During the period, I called the front desk several times to report the problem. The front desk verbally agreed, but in fact, there was no substantial action, especially when I found the tripped power supply. I said that I was in a hurry and hoped that someone could be sent to help me fix it. It took nearly half an hour for someone to come. The hotel transportation is very inconvenient. It is a long way from the subway entrance and bus station. The price is not much different from some hotels near the business district in Nanshan District. Avoid it!
