The boss is very nice and replies to messages in a timely manner. The room is clean and tidy. There are wardrobe and shoe racks. He also helped me store my luggage. It is close to the harbor and a taxi only costs more than 10 yuan. I recommend everyone to stay here.

附近就是海上世界非常好，小區也很溫馨，可以$10停車全日，適合一家大小，環境不錯，不嘈吵，很有家的感覺

在小區裏面，進小區要微老闆遙距開門又或者跟人後麪蹭門，屋外旋轉樓梯上2樓再上樓梯三樓，行李箱大重就不好使。 雖然圖片窗門對着船頭廣場,但是要繞路十來分鐘才能到，大樹遮也看不到什麼風景。 枕頭一陣陣臭頭皮味道，大浴巾折成三層才勉強聞不到，單薄冷氣被，估計可以節省電費。 隔音奇差，半夜三點多隔壁倆女的喝多了回來吧，説話就像在你對面，去敲門叫別吵，但衹是小聲了一點仍是刺耳，被吵醒了失眠無睡。 陽台落地門不是隔音玻璃，一早就被外面車聲人聲吵死，六點多七點陽光透過不遮光的窗簾刺眼得。。。 沖涼水時冷時熱，沒多大水壓

民宿實況與介紹完全一致 與海上世界十分相近 非常方便 雖然晚上樓下食店會有點吵 但不影響睡眠 加上民宿地點在一社區內 保安嚴密 屬於旺中帶靜的地方 老闆人很好 樂意幫忙 整體非常滿意

位置方便，樓下已有食肆，酒吧，按摩店 交通一流，步行不用5分鐘已到地鐵站 店主好熱心好nice，會再考慮入住

原本就是喜歡他有个小陽台，可看風景吹風，可惜沒有維護清潔，反新。加上冷氣外机就對著吹熱風，沒了用途。還有，怕小強的，勿訂

位置方面，離海上世界站不遠，但民宿位置較難找到，建議先致電房東。民宿需要行樓梯，行動不便者要三思。房間正正常常，沒有甚麼特區，有陽台，有浴缸，衛生滿意。最可取之處，是離海上世界真是很近，吃喝玩樂十分方便。

對於第一次過來玩的，確實是不錯的體驗，入住環境不錯，交通方便，房間空間大，有意境，靠海，可以吹吹海風，店家態度好，住了一天還不想離開…
