Good location just across the road from underground And many restaurants nearby very convenient Hotel is clean , rooms are big , breakfast very decent n worth to try .

staff are friendly and helpful, room is cleaned. a bit noisy at night but not bother so much. in general is good and will come back to stay again

Very nice, new and clean hotel. Great room. Staff doesn't speak English but you can use a translator.

Although when I first reached the hotel, I don't find the surrounding environment ideal and the hotel is not big and luxurious but the stay was very comfortable for both me and my husband. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was a large screen TV in the room. There was a small fridge with 2 canned drinks replenished daily. The hotel provides washer and dryer for guests to use for free. Check in was smooth, though there was a slight about 1 to 2 mins delay due to enquiries from other guests, we were delighted that the staff compensated us with free breakfast vouchers. We enjoyed our stay and extended our stay for another 3 nights.

Excellent services from the staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Super love the laundry service. Just need to drop it in the washing machine and the staff will send it up to your room when it is done. We also had a free upgrade and they provided us with free breakfast during our stay. Overall, it is a very comfortable experience and would definitely book again!

Lovely hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Accommodation clean and very comfortable. This hotel brand is very foreigners friendly. I will definitely stay here again the next time visiting Shenzhen.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise in terms of experience. I needed a decent place for the night so I had no expectations but this place provided me with an awesome experience. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. It’s in a very decent location not far from city center and the train station. Please don’t skip the breakfast !! I’ll definitely come back whenever I’m in Shenzhen .
