We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary at this hotel, and the staff made it truly special by decorating our room beautifully—what a lovely surprise! The service was fabulous throughout our stay, and we really appreciated their attention to detail. The hotel’s location in the middle of the mountain offers fantastic scenic views, though transportation can be a bit challenging. Thankfully, the hotel provides shuttle services to/from the train station and the Forest Train (森林小火车), which was very helpful. However, if you plan to order food delivery, note that some drivers may not deliver to this area. One minor downside was the ongoing construction nearby, which caused some noise (though acceptable, as it’s beyond the hotel’s control). Unfortunately, the dust from the construction also made the swimming pool appear a bit dirty during our visit. Despite these small issues, our overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful hospitality. We’d definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and romantic getaway!

Very nice, quiet and spacious room. The hotel changed our room on a short notice free of charge! Very comfortable beds to sleep on. The location is in a very calm place surrounded by nature with an amazing view over the Dameisha coast. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Good good good good good

Everything was fine, we were just a little upset that it was raining and the hot springs weren't working, but that's weather problems. The rooms are great.

It was great to stay in this hotel! The staffs were nice and helpful, the room was super clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing! :) The breakfast was simple, but it was pretty good overall! I will visit again next time!

We had a lovely time at the homestay and the host and staff were incredibly helpful. The surroundings are peaceful and you feel like you have the whole mountain to yourself. If we needed anything the host was just a message away and made sure we were well looked after. Having our dogs with us made for a relaxed getaway where we all got to be in nature enjoying the fresh air and silence. Will definately go back again.

這一民宿是值得來個真心的好評，地理位置優越，最重要的是所有的員工都很有禮貌，尤其讚美的是管家高先生，親切貼心的服務， 非常到位，我住的房間，景觀無敵， 尤其是陽台的按摩大浴缸， 這個設計超讚，望著美麗的大自然 享受著按摩浸浴， 其他酒店室內的按摩池，也給他比下去， 最後也讚一讚 ，在12棟 的咖啡棚，喝下午榮咖啡蛋糕，很美味，店內的袁先生， 聽到我老公不喝凍飲品， 為他奉上熱茶，暖在心啊! 我和老公都覺得這裏值得下次再來， 在此祝各位身體健康!生活愉快!下次見

房間很滿意，管家服務態度很好，知道早上沒去用早餐還會發消息詢問要不要給您打包送到房間。 房間還送了一份伴手禮（茶葉），管家小哥知道我們喜歡喝茶，還多送了一份給我們。值得點讚，下次來這邊玩還是選著這一家。👍👍

位置在山頂，打車比較唔方便，但就系喜歡夠與世隔絕！ 環境真系好舒服好靚，無敵山景加遠瞭大梅沙沙灘，坐系露臺飲杯店家提供的茶葉，寜靜優美。真的是爽 管家服務很好，有咩事都可以幫你，附近景點可專車接送 唯一就是食嘢只能食餐廳和山下一間西餐

晚上入住，第二天房間開箱景觀很驚喜，一大片藍天綠山，心情都放開了。設計格局都很滿意，床也很舒服洗澡水也夠熱。不得不讚管家服務確實很到位，接送車的按排和訂餐都讓人感覺很溫暖。 房間衛生民宿來說還是可以，但注意一下小細節，枕頭沙發都有毛髮。還有的就是隔棟樓在裝修有點噪音但整體還好。
