Love the scenic view from the large glass window so that we can see the lake and the fireworks in the light. The dinner and breakfast buffet spread were so good and the gods tasted rather delicious. Love the Onsen on the top level, not crowded and it was a nice experience.

A view like no other by the beautiful lake. From the greeting at the start, a welcome drink and snack, we were well looked after. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious with a wide variety. The chef rings a bell with every new serve! The nightly fireworks were stunning to view from the comfort of our hotel room. It was easy to access the rest of the lake area where we stayed. The second parking lot is easy to access with a shuttle bus. With yukata to wear and a lovely onsen space, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The only small thing was a tissue and tooth pick that had been missed that was under the bed but alerted the reception and they apologised and sent someone to clean it straight away. Highly recommend you enjoy the lake side views, the dragon footbath and hiring the swan motorised boat to enjoy the lake!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here.. the staff is really friendly.. the view from the room is amzaing. Lots of variety food. Pizza is really nice

The hotel offers a spectacular view of Lake Toya facing Mount Yotei absolutely breathtaking, especially from the outdoor onsen, which we truly enjoyed. The buffet dinner and breakfast were both satisfying, with a good variety of options. However, we found the level of hospitality, particularly from some of the male Japanese staff, to be lacking. They didn’t seem as helpful or attentive as expected. It would be beneficial for the team to undergo more hospitality training and perhaps learn from international standards to enhance the overall guest experience. A beautiful place to stay, but service has room for improvement.

Hotel room is spacious with very good view of the lake Toya. Hotel staffs are very helpful. They provide good information & help to book taxi. The hotel's shuttle bus from Sapporo is very useful & worth the fees. But the public transport from the hotel to the JR station or the Ropeway are very crowded. The breakfast & Dinner buffets have lots of varieties but everyday is the same. Staying here for a day or 2 is ok. Any longer will get bored since nothing much else to do. The fireworks is nice but not as many or big as expected.

You can enjoy the view of the lake anywhere in the hotel, your room, the lobby, the restaurant and even the Onsen!!! Lounge is free to access and they serve several kinds of snacks and beverages there. Onsen is amazing and for sure you can relax and enjoy the time there.

The best of the hotel is the view of the lobby, the breakfast and dinner are so so, even though it has varieties of food selection. The service is excellent from welcome to goodbye, I definitely go back again.

the view is extra ordinarily beautiful. I believe this is the hotel with the best view in the area. all rooms are facing the lake and u can wake up with the sun raising on your right. the onsen is big too, with a rooftop onsen facing directly to the lake. the buffet is nice and the restaurant is pretty too Just some of the staff are not so friendly.

A beautiful location with great view of Mount Shiribetsu. Stayed two nights at this beautiful lakeside hotel. Our room was spacious with a wonderful view of Lake Toya. The outdoor infinity pool style onsen on the rooftop was out of this world. The breakfast and dinner buffets were mad good. I'm well impressed with the selection and quality.

Excellent location with amazing view. I must say we were very lucky on our last day two of the staff member are going above and beyond to assist us to change our shuttle bus from Lake Toya to Sapporo instead of going to the airport. The two staff on our last day was super helpful they call the shuttle bus company straight away to check and not just checking the paper . ( As we have been checking 2 days in the row with other staff member but all they did was checking the paper or system） I can clearly see the difference whether the staff willing to help or not, so we were very lucky to meet the 2 senior staff on our last day in the morning who quickly fix for us. Thank you so much!! Hotel can all be the same but it depends which staff member who are willing to go above and beyond which makes a huge difference to their customer.
