I didn't eat there so I can't comment, my room was clean and warm (it was only 3°C outside). Staff were friendly and accommodating. They also have a 50% discount for the carpark next door. I have stayed here before and I probably will again.

value for money

Good location, small hot rooms, we were on the top floor, the window opened 5 cm, August -UK Summer. The view of my room was literally a brick wall of the other building. It wasn’t a nice experience, but it you want a no frill bed then the hotel delivered but if you want a hotel experience then seek others. Location of the hotel is near the old Castle market, plenty of homeless and loud people. Wished I remembered to take a picture of the brick wall outside my window.

I am Benny Mok(the register name is WAI-FU MOK), spent three days there at ROOM 211 from 31/7/2022 to 2/8/2022 in summer & I found that all the facilities in the hotel were superb & I was highly satisfied. The only shortcoming was there was a long weird sound when flushing at the bathroom. There might be some problems in the toilet bowl hose. Otherwise than that, I highly recommend this hotel cuz all the staff members at the hotel ARE SUPER FRIENDLY, welcoming, cheerful, caring including the housekeeping ladies ! Last but not least, the receptionist ~KARRA RIPPON. karra was the most patient, helpful, amicable , devoted, loving, thoughtful & caring staff member over there & there is no doubt about that! Would you mind sharing this inspiring message with this excellent receptionist and tell her that the inspiring message was from a HONG KONG IMMIGRANT FAMILY ? Many thanks & I owe you one!

酒店位置還是不錯的，雖然離景區大門有點遠，但是也就十幾分鍾就會走到了。疫情影響還是比較大，相對往年來説人少了不少。這次也沒有去景區，留待下次秋天來看紅葉和冰川了，總的來説，還是值得推薦的。

房間很大，但是有一股説不出來的不好聞的味道

We stayed 3 nights at the Travelodge Sheffield Central and there is much to like but a few small issues just let it down slightly. We booked a plus room on the top floor which great value, nice and quiet (although you can hear trams rumbling past nearby) and included a coffee machine with a choice of pods, and unlimited Wi-Fi. On the downside the room was small but serviceable and the bathroom tiny. The water pressure of the shower was very poor. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, although there was some confusion over which wines were available by the glass, as some had apparently been removed from the till system. We ate in the hotel on one evening and one breakfast and both were a reasonable standard. Car parking at the adjacent Q parks was reasonable at £10 per day prebooked using the discount code provided. Access is restricted to the accommodation levels to guests using the keycards, and later the main door is also monitored so the hotel feels very secure.

The hotel is in a good central position, with a short walk to the nearest tram stop. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and it was quiet at night. The breakfast had a good choice of food and was very nice. The only small problem was that sometimes the room was too warm, but a good choice for a short stay.

The room was old and smelled nasty. The bathroom smelled like stale BO and I didn’t use the facilities due to this. The area itself isn’t the safest part of town, someone tried to steal my phone around the corner of the hotel so definitely wouldn’t recommend going out after dark. The hotel itself needs a major refurb, it’s old and the bathrooms especially are disgusting. I don’t usually leave comments but I paid £90 to stay in an old grotty hotel

I couldn't fault this hotel (except for the horrible watery apple/orange juice at breakfast) The room was clean, comfortable and plenty of space for clothes, suitcase etc. Lovely hot shower, Breakfast was superb - everything you could possibly want and all you can eat! Horrible juice though!! But above all, wonderful friendly helpful staff!

Parking is crazy please pre book before u park as we paid 22 pound for 24 hr . We had a terrible day but upon arrival paige had a big smile and was very helpful with regards to parking after we settled we went down for food but the little one was playing up so we decided to eat up in our room. Paige was more than happy to bring the food up when it was ready she is a credit to the company staff like this often get over looked but it's people like her that make guest feel welcome safe and want to come back . Thank you paige your customer service is amazing

Had great service from Helen, Natalie and Richard. Cant fault the service. Great location near the crucible. Would highly recommend. .......................................................................................
