"Lovely Travelodge with spacious room. Sockets next to the beds. Bed was comfortable. Only downside was the noise from the traffic. Need triple glazing as the noise kept waking me up. We were in room 216 think it would have been better if we were on the other side of the corridor. Great location for a base though. I’d take ear plugs if I stayed again."

"Love this hotel ❤️ 2nd stay here this year Came for a birthday treat and Antonia on the desk treated us to a late checkout and 2 free drinks at the bar! Great customer service. The beds are the most comphy beds I've slept in....would have took it home if I could! Great location for the train Station and lots of near by car parks if you drive. The bar has a good vibe sells a mice range of beer including Camden Pale Ale. Good ciffeea too at reasonable prices. The bar staff are very friendly. The all you can eat and drink breakfast is 10/10 and is on until 11amnat the weekend...perfect after a big night out Would definitely recommend 👌"

"This was my first visit to this hotel but I use Premier Inn hotels wherever I go. The staff were very friendly and helpful and Linda the housekeeper went out of her way to help me carry my bags up to the fifth floor after the lift broke down just as I arrived. Then the lady on reception brought the rest of my things up when the lift was fixed. My room was spotless (thanks Linda!) and the food and service in the Social was very good. I’ll be back again."

"The hotel I originally wanted to book was fully booked, so I immediately booked this one after seeing it was newly renovated in 2025 and had five-star reviews. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood with security cameras on every house, so the security measures are excellent. The room is very clean and beautiful, and the bathroom is spotless. You can tell the host is very, very meticulous about cleanliness. Since the stairs and room are covered with white carpet, I left my luggage on the ground floor and didn't take it upstairs. You have to take off your shoes before going upstairs, which I completely understand – I wouldn't want to get the pristine white carpet dirty either. You might want to bring a pair of clean slippers. The kitchen floor is tiled, which can be a bit chilly in winter. The kitchen is shared, and you can use the microwave to heat up cooked food and boil water, but cooking full meals isn't allowed. The host also thoughtfully prepared some snacks, including a delicious African snack called 'Qinqin'. The warm-hearted host chatted with me for a long time in the evening. It was the first time I realized my 'broken' English could sustain such a long conversation with a foreigner! The host is incredibly warm and thoughtful; the kettle is always filled with cold water, ready to boil at the push of a button. They even thoughtfully called an Uber for me in the morning. In short, the room is very clean and beautiful, and the host is warm and attentive – you can check in with complete peace of mind. The three-dimensional towel rack in the bathroom is such a thoughtful design, kudos! Also, a suggestion for Ctrip: Ctrip's map showed the hotel in the city center, and we planned to walk there. But it was too cold, so we called an Uber. Only when we arrived did we realize the direction was completely wrong, and it wasn't in the bustling downtown area at all. I hope Ctrip corrects this immediately. It's a real pity to be misled by Ctrip's map when you're in a foreign country and don't speak the language, causing such inconvenience."

"I paid for a meal deal on the understanding i would have unlimited access to the full buffet breakfast next morning. I have an strawberry allergy which i had told them about but when i mentioned it in the morning i was made to sit in the corner reading a 2.5 inch thich manual that didnt apply to me and was told i was not allowed to enter the buffet area and they would take my order.I was dehydrating looked everywhere for water but it was located in the buffet area where i had been banned from going. I waited that long for food that i helped myself in the end. I had to takw cutlery from another table as this had been removed and when the ordered breakfast finally came it was burnt and looked like it had been left out for a long time. I said i wanted to complain but was at no point asked if i wanted to see the manager so i rang head office who took my information but failed to address my complaint. Dont go there, but if you do, dont tell them if you have an allergy because you will be treated like a criminal. Oh and make sure you take your phone so you can take a photo of the burnt offerings if you are forced to order at the table."

"One day of work related visit. Very decent hotel in the heart of Sheffield with great amenities and good value for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful, granted a complimentary late check-out with no fuss. Breakfast was really great, apart from not serving hot chocolate drink. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Sheffield. Highly recommended"

"A well placed Travelodge with supermark, food outlets and a asda room was very clean with no noise at all shower pressure was like a spa retreat surprising pressure the service I received was surreal i parked my car in a random space checking the receptionist Danny advised me to bring car closer to the main doors they was no space to which danny so kindly offered to move his car so I can put mine at thr from of the hotel I am so very grateful for this being a 26 plate discovery thank you again for this great service I was given just a heads up the parking is £3 it is nothing compared to others I have stayed at the only tiny issue could do with a air con unit or somthing more to cool down rooms but apart from that I shall return here when in sheffield"
