The water slides were fun although not open very much. The food is tasteless. The Red Sea is a gem.

It’s like a heaven, sea is very clean, so many pools. Anywhere anytime can get food and drinks including alcohol.

Perfect hotel for family. Nice rooms. Great helpfull staff.

Hotel is amazing, staff are incredible. Nothing is too small, they will assist you on the best of their ability. It is very clean and staff work constantly throughout the day to maintain this. The rooms are cleaned everyday to a good standard. Food is outstanding and if you have a fuzzy child like ours they will try and accommodate. Entertainment staff are very good will alway approach you and try and get you to join in on the activities. Over all this is our second visit to this hotel and highly recommended. Nice time.Good food friendly people. We like the weather it was very good we like the pool bar and cocktails and always careful and house keeping man and our baby’s like our aqua park and they enjoyed so much we find different dishes everyday and we like it

Most amazing 5* hotel in Sharm. Everything was perfect the staff, the food the cleanliness, the entertainment, the rooms, and the list goes on. We stayed in room 3257 and 3252 family of 5, and both rooms were brilliant with sea front views. We had 3 children aged 16, 15, and 3. The hotel was very accommodating for all of us. I would recommend this hotel 100% if you are after a 5* experience

We spent a wonderful 12 days in this hotel. The service is at the highest level, from the reception desk to the gardeners. Everyone is smiling, nice and very helpful. If a guest has any doubts, there is always a supervisor who will explain everything. The hotel is very clean and well cared for. The rooms are cleaned very thoroughly (room 7252). The pools and their surroundings are super clean, the sunbeds are always nicely arranged, there is no fighting for sunbeds or reservations. There is a lifeguard at every swimming pool to ensure safety. The swimming pools are divided into those for adults and children. There is also quiet swimming pool without music. The service in the restaurants is excellent, especially in the restaurant L'Asiatiq Mahmoud Mohamed, Ali Mohamed and their supervisor. The gentlemen made our visits to the restaurant feel like visiting the best restaurant. The food was delicious. You could eat great snacks at the beach bar. There was great service at the pool, we are delighted for attention to the hotel guests. we spent nice moments in the sky bar (nice staff), and of course in our favorite concerto bar, the service was at the highest level (especially Ehab and his supervisor). The best situation that happened to us at Albatros Palace Sharm El Sheikh are people from enterteinment team!!!! Thanks to them, we met many people from different countries. we spent the evening at a great disco. The animations in the hotel were the best in the world! Without the animation team, we would not have been so pleased with the trip. They provided us with the best fun and attractions. A recipe for shy people! At Albatross Palace Sharm El Sheikh, just have fun! If OMAR, LERA, INNA, NASTIA and VALENTINA come up and invite you to play, don't hesitate. These are the people who made our stay so special. Of course LUCAS should be mentioned. This guy is the best! If one of them invites you to play, you have to agree! Thanks to the people mentioned above, we rate our trip as 5+ and if we go to Albatros Palace again, I cannot imagine our vacation without them.

Animation team showed constant enthusiasm and were attentive to all needs. The Italian animation team were brilliant in their participation, particularly Omar and Elena. The drinks and food were fantastic, and lots of options from all 5 restaurants

My friend and I have came to sharm el sheik. Omar and Davide, Paulo have made the experience extra fun, they are extremely friendly people and showed us the best parts of the area. They organized fun events all day throughout the hotel, working very hard. They always have a smile on their face. I feel I have made good friends.

AMAZING!!! Nothing to say, the best vacation in my life. Is altrady the second time that i stay in this resort and I really love it. The services, the pools, the sea and the beach. We have to say thank you 10000 times for the front office manager Mr. Hamada, fantastic person, he did everything for us to make the stay unforgettable. The reception by his work running with high quality, we really love him for his way to deal with the guest. The room was fantastic with sea view, first line. Dream vacation❤️ All the staff wonderful, we feel like in our home and this is very important. We are looking forward to see you again. We miss you and one more time thank you for your hard work.
