Brilliant service from talented multi-lingual staff. Clean beach with all areas including pools and grounds well maintained. Food and drink more than plentiful.

Hotel yang fantastis dengan staf dan makanan yang luar biasa. Tidak ada masalah apa pun. Sangat berguna untuk memiliki pena & foto paspor Anda di ponsel/tablet Anda, rinciannya diperlukan untuk melengkapi kartu pendaratan di Mesir, ini biasanya dibagikan dalam penerbangan sekitar satu jam sebelum mendarat. Tidak ada biaya visa yang harus dibayarkan kecuali Anda bepergian ke luar Sharm atau tinggal lebih dari 15 hari! Dolar AS adalah nilai terbaik untuk Visa karena £25, $25, atau €25. Kami menggunakan transfer pribadi Sharm Travel Club £20 pulang pergi, bahkan lebih murah jika dipesan melalui *********** Makanannya berlimpah dan beragam sehingga Anda tidak akan kesulitan menemukan sesuatu yang Anda sukai, Salad , Makanan vegetarian, dan suara, burger, daging, semuanya disajikan panas dan dimasak sesuka Anda oleh banyak koki. Air kemasan diisi ulang setiap hari di kamar Anda, bersama dengan teh celup berkualitas dan tas kopi Nescafe. Ada ketel di kamar dan pengering rambut ditempel di dinding kamar mandi. Terdapat brankas gratis yang dapat dikunci di lemari pakaian Anda. Karena jumlah gantungan yang terbatas, saya biasanya mengambil 6 gantungan lagi. Uang kertas $1 AS adalah yang terbaik untuk tip karena koin diterima tetapi sulit bagi staf untuk menukarnya. TV kamar bagus dengan beberapa saluran berbahasa Inggris dan WiFi bagus di seluruh area. Bar utama tutup pada tengah malam dan hiburan malam selesai sekitar jam 11 malam sehingga tidak ada masalah dengan kebisingan, bar pub larut malam di tepi pantai buka sampai sekitar jam 1 pagi dan menurut saya minuman beralkohol dikenakan biaya setelah tengah malam. Terima kasih khusus kepada Tuan Ali, manajer hotel & hubungan tamu Tuan Yousef yang selalu siap membantu dalam hal apa pun. Tuan Osama, Tuan Sayed & Tuan Sameh yang menjalankan bar dan restoran, mereka memastikan piring Anda penuh dan gelas Anda tidak pernah kosong. Bir lokal Stella baik-baik saja, begitu pula Gin lokal dan minuman beralkohol lainnya, tidak ada yang menghentikan Anda membeli sebotol minuman favorit Anda di toko bebas bea dan menyimpannya di kamar Anda jika diperlukan untuk menambah rasa! Mr Ahmed menjalankan tim resepsi yang luar biasa dan jika Anda memerlukan sesuatu dari pengetahuan lokal atau saran mereka dapat membantu dengan taksi dll, terima kasih Mr Farouk. Terakhir kamar kami dijaga tetap prima oleh Tuan Mohammed, bentuk handuk harian yang menyenangkan dan semua fasilitas diisi ulang tanpa keributan dan selalu tersenyum. Stayed for a week and I can’t thank the staff enough they work hard very polite and make you feel welcomed the room was lovely and clean looked out on to the pool ground floor 2110 which I would request again overall the whole complex is very clean lovely clean beach food at the beach bar was my go to for lunch breakfast was ok evening meal was ok the 2 other restaurants Ali Baba and Toscana you can visit was good food as well you can only use the once a week as they are À la carte was my first time to Egypt I will definitely be back next year can’t fault the place very relaxed evening entertainment was low key the entertainment team spoke every day I would say that the mosquito’s are a problem that’s the only downside to it which has not put us off from travelling back there nothing was problem for any of the staff working there.

This is the best resort I have ever stayed in. All the staff go above and beyond to meet all your needs. The resort is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Most staff can speak English and the ones that can't still help regardless. There is a lot of food choice, not the same everyday. The quality of the food and the care they take in presenting shows how much effort has been put into making your experience the best possible. Stayed in a Superior Queen room with a garden view, the room was very spacious and very comfortable. The garden and all areas around the resort are beautifully maintained. Plenty of activites going on daily, there is something for everyone. Staff don't expect a tip but when given they accept humbily. You receive the same attention whether you tip or not. I would highly recommend the resort to anyone looking for some winter sun and a place to relax and re-charge.

Special hotel without children we liked the hotel so much and all the staff are friendly.thanks to the entertainment team they are great! Always hardworking friendly staff. Oscar, Omar are very nice for young adults. Beach is well kept all rooms are modern and very clean! I will come back again

The hotel is ideally situated so thel town is easily accessible and yet when you are in the hotel it is so peaceful. The beach is really good and you can swim out from shore on sand. A Speed boat takes you to a reef at the entrance to the cove and the fish are stunning , remember to wear shoes as you walk over rocks in the sea to get to the coral. As many others have said the food is really nice, ple ty of choice for all, the bar teams never let your glass empty and the staff over all are amazing. Look out for the hoopoe birds on the grass. Don't be put of with poor reviews, I believe they are uncalled for.

The hotel is amazing. I liked everything there. The rooms are good, and the food and cocktails are great. Also, the entertainment daily programmes are great. There are the best activities all day, different shows every night, and nightclubs every day outside. Thanks to everyone, and especially thanks to Oscar, Jannah, Omar, and Marina. For sure, I will be back soon. ❤️

I am sitting here with my family (2 adult children with us) ready to go back to the UK and I am reflecting on what a wonderful team of staff you have here at the Iberotel. Nothing is ever too much for any of the staff. They are always very attentive and go out of the way to make your stay as comfortable as possible and they always have a smile for you. Special mention to Farouk at reception, Mohammed Ali and Ahmed Mohammed and Sameh - what true stars they are - they honestly know what true customer service is. The hotel is very clean and they are constantly cleaning all surfaces. The hotel room is very spacious and well appointed with huge beds that are very comfortable and the air con works a treat. It has been extraordinarily hot for this time of the year in the 40's and not all areas are air conditioned. The evenings are very hot as well so no time to cool down really. Rooms are cleaned every day and you get given a water bottle and there is a mini bar which is payable. The pool is split into 2 with an upper area with a bar and the lower area. Its not a huge pool but more than enough. Lots of sun loungers but we mostly got our loungers on the lovely beach. There were plenty to choose from. There was a lovely beach bar which served bar snacks from 12.30 til 5.30 like fish and chips and burgers and this is where we ate at lunch times. It was very nice. Make sure you ask for ice creams - they have cornettos! There are 4 restos in total at the hotel 2 of which are a la carte and then 2 others which is buffet and serve the same food in each. They have a range a foods so caters for all tastes so you won't be disappointed. Of course it gets samey after a while but doesn't any all inclusive! The drinks were also good and the measures were large.The Blue marine resto is near the beach and is much smaller and we tended to go into this one. We ate at both a la cartes and enjoyed them both but especially the Italian one. Men must wear LONG TROUSERS in the evening at all restos so be warned! If you are coming for the entertainment team you maybe disappointed as they are around but only really do a show in the evening. Opposite the hotel you can walk to the old town and do your shopping. We also went to Naama bay about 15 mins away £10 in a taxi return and went to Soho square about 25 mins away and £20 in a taxi return. Plenty of shopping to be done if you like copies of brands!!!! Make sure you haggle a lot!!! The hotel has a small boat which takes you to a small cove 3 mins away for snorkeling. We also booked a trip to Turin Island for snorkeling and diving with Naqb Diving centre on site and were not disappointed a really great day out and all the team on the boat were excellent - thank you. The kids also did a 'sofa' watersport which they loved. All in all a great holiday for the 4 of us. I'd like to come again but when its a bit cooler in April or November! Thank you team you were ALL excellent.

Very clean and nice hotel, rooms are big, the staff are doing a great job, the placement is great because is by sea side so you can enjoy either the beach or the pool, by preferences. I’m satisfied about the what the hotel offers and it was a good experience
