Concorde El Salam Sharm El Sheikh Sport Hotel

the hotel was clean and nice in general the breakfast is so good the location is great the front desk was not helpful at all thats the only thing i disliked about the hotel but the security guard was helpful and friendly he helped us so much thanks for him 🥰

Service was terrible and unprofessional. Been asking for a tennis court in email and reception they told me it's in another hotel so i went to another one, then the hotel tells me again to another one. After i finally found it there's no one, although they told me to no reservation needed. Then I called they say they'll send someone, yet 30 mins passed and no one came. Wasting customer's time completely due to unprofessionalism and lack of attention although there's tons of employees.

Great location friendly staff and good value for money for a few days. But my room was in the best condition but that’s okay but I come for only a few nights from another hotel.

All good! Hotel and beach very good! Food is good. Location is good.
