Отличное расположение на первой линии море, Чистый пляж, очень много лежаков , хороший завтрак

Очень понравился этот отель и цена. Расположение прямо на море. Завтраки вкусные. Наш номер располагался на первом этаже прямо у выхода к морю. Отличный широкий пляж и четкий сервис в номерах. Прямо через дорогу находится продуктовый магазин - очень удобно покупать еду, соки и продукты. Можно заказывать еду в номер - стоит недорого

Не плохо. Отличный бассейн и чистый пляж. Номера на 3ку, но в целом пойдет.

موظفو الاستقبال سيئون جداً تعاملهم سيئ الحجز كان مع الفطور وأخذوا رسوم على الطفل بالرغم أن جميع الفنادق لا تأخذ على الأطفال رسوم ممرات الفندق ضيقة جداً والسقف قصير جداً كذلك الغرفة سقفها قصير الغرفة بلاط ليست مفروشة تأذينا من تهريب الماء من المكيف الحمام مكتوم لاتوجد به مروحة شفط تأذينا من روائح الدخان في الممرات أعمال صيانة في الفندق مزعجة جداً تخيل الساعة ١٢ بالليل يشتغلون تكسير من أسوأ الفنادق التي أقمت فيها لن تتكرر بإذن الله

I am writing the review from the hotel. This is the 6th day here, and every day it’s getting worse. First the pictures you see and the reality have a little in common. The stuff is nice, but not very, however the rules are terrible. There is nothing about customer orientation, no one cares for the customer and their well-being. The food is terrible, you are not to take your good out of the cafeteria, even to the beach. Moreover, if you buy or order something, the only place you can eat is the room: as small as possible, without the opportunity to open any window, with no balcony, and of course extra wet… And even when you turn to the restaurant menager Manu, all he says is that it is the rule and he shows the indifference and that’s all. You are not going to enjoy yourself at this hotel, you can only enjoy your stay in your small and dark room, though entering the room is another trouble. The key cards never open, and every time we have to ask someone to open it(and the cleaners are doing that without any complain). The only positive thing about this hotel is the location, but you can easily find a better hotel approximately with the same price. Hope something will take into account the review and make a change, not like the hotel managers who literally don’t care.

if there is less than one star, i would choose it, the manager and his assistant was very bad in their attitude, i was feeling unsafe to stay there, they didnt allow my old age mum to stay as visitor for 2 hours with us and disrespect her and us, they want money for any thing and they insist that my 11 years old boy is an adult, when we asked for why that extra charges and not allowing mum policy , the manager said in un respective way, that he makes the policy now and he will write it!!!, pls dont do this mistake as me

We are very disappointed and frustrated with our yesterday experience at Lou Lou A Beach Resort. We booked three rooms and upon booking and arrival, we requested to have king-size beds as he gave us a twin bed for all 3 rooms. However, the receptionist guy named DENSI's who responded to our request was extremely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. He bluntly told us that if we were not satisfied with the arrangement, we were FREE TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL. Such a response was truly disheartening, especially when we had already paid for all 3 rooms, and we were in front of the hotel. This is the very first time we have had such an unpleasant encounter at any hotel here in UAE. It is truly disappointing to experience such a decline in customer service standards. We have decided that this will be our final visit to this hotel. It is not worth visiting this hotel anymore, the management should take action about this especially this guy Densi as he is in the front of the house and makes the 1st impression of your hotel. He is very unprofessional staff.

I stayed at this hotel in September. Overall everything is good. 95% of vacationers in this hotel are Russians. The rooms are large and clean, they are cleaned perfectly, linen is changed every other day, there is a kettle, tea, coffee, and 1.5 liters of water are supplied daily. The hotel has its own swimming pool and sandy beach. There are umbrellas, sun loungers and towels on the beach. The beach and pool open at 7 a.m. and close at 6 p.m. I didn’t like that when the beach opened, people ran and took seats, and then went to bed and had breakfast, while others didn’t have enough seats because of this. Breakfast is rather weak, but you won’t leave hungry, scrambled eggs begin to be fried from 7.30-8.00 a.m., despite the fact that breakfast start at 6.00. People say that lunch and dinner are good, but they were not included for me. Very reasonable prices and large portions if you order food from a restaurant a la carte. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, so you need to take a taxi to the center (15 dirhams). The hotel also offers transfers to various shopping centers in Sharjah and to the Dubai, which is located via the metro line. I especially recommend getting to Dubai by ferry. It’s a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. Several people at the reception understand Russian, but in general they do not know it. I recommend this hotel, especially in hot weather.

I stayed at this hotel in August 2023. I enjoyed stay in the hotel,guest relations service, room cleaning service,catering service was perfect, restaurant and food preparation at a high level. My 5 days stay was amazing period. Sea and beach side is clean with white sand. Our requests made very quickly. Thanks for Hotel team and wish them best of everything! If you are looking for a beach hotel/resort. This is the place. Great view, nice and friendly staff, they always greet you. Breakfast is good. Smart TV on your room. I just gave 4 because comfort room is not too big and having some trouble flushing the toilet. But overall, great experienced for my Family. Will recommend this to some of my friend.

Worst resort i have been too .. beach Staff is rude they can open your bags and break your privacy without any excuse so take care.. i complain to front office manager he said JUST OK.. with no action .. food have very poor quality.. room was so old with bad smell ... Bad experience .. not recommended at all Худший курорт, в котором я тоже был. Плохой опыт .. совсем не рекомендуется

I enjoyed my 6 days here, the breakfast buffet was delicious, the staff are attentive. I love the private beach and the pool the most. I would definitely visit this hotel again. Great location as well near to supermarkets. Thank you so much!!
