Nice hotel, with friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent location especially for business travellers

The hotel is good and clean, the service was fine. Parking is very difficult. aside from that everything is fine

酒店設施比較舊，房間算大，一房一廳一衞，酒店早餐一餐，不怎合適中國人口味。

酒店在路邊，挨着加油站，打車方便，酒店香料味道很濃，可能是特色。個人覺得衞生等設施等更符合三星級標準吧。住的人比較多，早餐比較豐盛。辦理入住的女生挺熱情的，幫忙及時解決了問題。周邊購物比較方便總體來説，性價比還可以。

前台態度很差。

Hotel is good and well kept location wise also good, spacious rooms, the only problem is lack of staff and poor housekeeping, we have to ask for very basic things from them which they should’ve had in a hotel room Like TOWEL and many other things, breakfast buffet a wide selection but only 1-2 staff struggling to fill up and cope the pressure. PLEASE RECRUIT MORE STAFF

But room service 2. Yes the room service were very pathetic when we request just two paper glasses for that they ask us call different extension number even after maid those till i vacate the room no one responded even check out time they didn't ask also very bad service front office and hospitality.
