Was a on a short trip. While booking I didn’t notice the room was windowless . When I requested to change the room I was charged. Having no option I agreed and they gave me another room with window. The size of the room was massive but felt like a shell not a hotel room. Mattress was very hard, noisy next door neighbour and stench from the cigarette other guests were aiming keeping their door open made it worse. It’s just like a run down local hotel . I will never come back to this hotel now will I recommend this to anyone

It's my first time staying in this hotel. It's very nice. The room is very clean. The front desk service is great. The cleaning lady is very polite. The self-service laundry is also very good. There is also a gym. The food is delicious. The room is large and modern.

During my stay at Manju Hotel, I deeply felt the professionalism and enthusiasm of the Manju Hotel service team, especially the meticulousness and thoughtfulness of the room service staff, which left a deep impression on me. I am writing here to express my sincerest gratitude to your hotel and to praise Ms. Lianhua, the employee responsible for cleaning and serving my room.
During my stay, the room was always kept clean and tidy. Whether it was the bed making, the bathroom cleaning, or the placement of items, it reflected a very high level of professionalism. Every time I returned to the room, I could feel a brand new sense of comfort, which allowed me to fully relax and rest during my busy schedule.
