Overall very good hotel with good service. The breakfast is great. I did feel like its a bit isolated in terms of location and can feel as though there is not much atmosphere given the large empty spaces.

Spacious room with comfortable bed, hotel is very new and not far from train station. Dinner seafood buffet restaurant was very good, worth to try. Front desk reception was helpful, service is excellent.

The hotel is great, very nice and totally comfortable. I stayed 25 floors the club area designed with beautiful view, all food delicious. Evan is so nice with Professional service. 👍

酒店位置很方便。下高速不遠就是。樓也顯眼，在路邊位置。酒店給升級了，感謝。酒店早餐豐盛，中西餐均有。環境舒適。喜歡酒店配的JBL音響。落地窗視野贊。就是覺得不外出，慢慢吃個早餐，在酒店落地窗邊坐着，看看風景內心也很愉悦了。一個好的酒店應該本身就可以不自覺地讓人快樂吧。

酒店地理位置優越，距離商業區和景點都很近。大堂裝潢奢華大氣，前台服務熱情高效，3分鐘完成入住手續。客房空間寬敞，落地窗視野極佳，床品選用高端絲漣床墊，一夜安眠到天亮。行政酒廊的下午茶和Happy Hour品質出眾，尤其是現做的提拉米蘇令人回味。健身中心配備恆温泳池水質清澈。

前台多次找我要好評，那我就給環境5分吧。 酒廊衹有1個工作人員小姐姐，經理衹會催小姐姐，既不安撫客人，也不出手幫忙，小姐姐要同時面對幾個客人的需求，服務效率自然下降，於我個人來講就是體驗變差，比如剛進去的時候一個杯都沒有，衹能喝可樂。對於節假日應該配備足夠的服務人員應對。早餐也是一樣的，補餐很慢，吃一會晃一圈很多餐位還是空的沒得拿。避雷2307號房，旁邊堆雜物屏風也不好好拉上。 B2，有充電樁，電視能投屏，離景區不遠，推薦吳杜菜館吃飯，萬達有家烤油邊也作為宵夜挺好吃，基本滿足staycation的需求。

房間面積挺大很乾凈，紹興這家服務比之前住過南通的好很多，有健身房游泳池。 預訂時有個薯片套餐沒了，經理能主動及時溝通，替換成了果切，挺滿意。端午六一也準備了免費活動，穿手串，小朋友可以領冰淇淋球等，看出來用心了，體驗不錯。
