Wonderful heritage hotel in a great location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

a very nice hotel. the whole aesthetic is amazing. make sure book a room with a bigger window. love the local food options nearby, from breakfast to late night snacks within walking distance

Good location: can access many attractions by a few minutes walk, some famous shops and cafes are just located on the same street! Room: The balcony room is very suitable for taking pictures

Overall great hotel, centrally located walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Modern classic design that blended into colonial building themed. However, post using the in room amenities, it wasn’t practical.  For example, the washing basin  is rectangular without gradient, hence water wasn’t able to discharge properly. Same as the shower drainage, half way through shower, the tile floor was flooded as drainage was slow (luckily they fix it the day after). Sound proof wasn’t great, my room was near the elevator, I could hear people talking and coming in/out corridor throughout the night!

Later, other rooms were also replaced. The wash basin is made of rock slabs ,and found that it could not be cut into incisions after it was put into use. When cleaning the room, the housekeeping also scraped and wiped it clean with special tools. We are very grateful for your valuable suggestions after your stay.We look forward to welcoming you again in the near future. Best Regards.

Strategically located and with good ‘hardware’. Would suggest that improvements be made to breakfast quality.

Saw hairs (short curly kinds) on the floor upon check-in to my room. There was also one room with faulty lock which beeped all night long. The concierge couldn't resolve it and offered some earbuds.

This is my second times staying in this hotel. The hotel location is good. It's only 5 minutes from the famous "Xiao Gong Yun" and the Food street where you can have a lot of nice chiu zhou foods. The hotel staffs are nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
