All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Particularly the gentlemen at the front counter is very professional and polite. I stayed in this hotel for nine days,(12/01/24 to 21/01/24) room is made every day., my room is at 6th floor pretty quiet and clean, breakfast is good, very pleasant stay. Definitely Will stay at this hotel again Thanks to all staffs of Kyriat hotel Haojiang,shantou.!

The hotel's waiters are very nice. The room is located on a high floor, clean and odorless, and the environment is quiet and peaceful. All in all, it is highly recommended for tourists traveling to Shantou.

There was a lot of noise in the morning, saying that the upstairs was being renovated and it was really a waste of money!

The worst hotel on this self-driving tour! Let’s not talk about the room facilities. The minimum hygiene and safety standards are not met. The sink and shower drains are exposed, and there are garbage and hair next to them. There are water stains everywhere on the tiles. If they were cleaned carefully, it wouldn’t be like this. The wires next to the bed are exposed without any protection. There is a used tissue on the clothes hanger. A chain hotel is not even as good as a one-star B&B.

The hotel is in a good location and is super convenient. There are restaurants nearby, including Li Lao Er, and I love Kuay Teow Soup for breakfast. The ladies at the front desk provide good service, and the manager is very nice.

After booking the room, we were upgraded to a new room type. We had some matters and delayed check-out without any additional charge. The service attitude was very good, the room was clean and tidy, and there was a smart toilet, etc. It was a very good accommodation experience.

I saw the hotel said it offered free pick-up, so I booked it. But I found that the car used to pick me up was really dirty, there was a lot of garbage on the seats, and there was a strange smell in the car. I felt that since they said they had this service, they should provide a good service. It doesn't need to be a high-end car, but at least it should be clean and comfortable. Otherwise, it's better not to say they have this service. I'm speechless.
