Ulasan Shangri-La Z Hotel（Du Ke Zong Tea Horse Road Museum）

Peaceful and great location at the edge of ancient town. The young lady help me to get a ride to the train station. She walked me to wait until my ride showed up.

its a bit dark wood style but the room was OK and for once not too smoky ( we may have been the only staying guests). Staff are half asleep. Location is quiet

“+” Let’s talk about good part of the hotel • The staff is really friendly and helpful. Two little cute girls helped me a lot with my issues; • There’s a floor and bed heating and it’s so nice in a cold winter day; • The location is very convenient, there’s an old street and some temples; • If to compare to other hotels, here is so quiet and calm in the mornings. Cleaning ladies aren’t speaking loudly using their wallow talkie 👍🏻 “-“ • I really didn’t like that the floor in my room was dusty since the first (!) day moved in; • Too less toilet paper that’s not enough even for 1 person per day .

Wonderful hotel. Wouldn’t want to stay in another place in Shangri-La old town. Beautiful ******* style building, large rooms, considerate amenities. Food places in walking distance (breakfast places open at 8am, at least during the winter season).

Amazing accomdation. Loved it, location is great, Kai helped us out with luggages and also recommended some good local food. Heated floor was great and definitely a great stay

設施：設施都有，也可以看見窗外的古城 衞生：衞生比較滿意，本來住一晚，後來看不錯，就續了一晚 環境：位置很好，旁邊有停車場，這個很重要，古城裡麪進車的地方很少，所以，這個代表你打車什麼的不需要走很遠。出門左轉就是古城鬧市區。 服務：前台兩個小男孩，非常好，其中一個是小李，到了接我拎行李，走的時候也幫忙送上車。 每次出出進進，都看到他們一直在前台，有任何需求都會響應

這是我住的房間窗外景，你瞧這天藍的喲，我絕對沒有ps，真的很藍，特別清新，這裡能能俯瞰古城。這裡是缺少氧氣但不缺信仰的地方，雖3100海拔不算高，我剛來到香格里拉因為太興奮照相跑了幾步，有點喘，前台小哥哥關心的問我要不要吸氧再出門。我呼籲大家關照一下在高原工作的小哥哥小姐姐叔叔阿姨們，他們在高原太辛苦了，本來就會容易喘，還張羅着給我們搬行李到樓上，本來他們可以不管我們的，我想一定是發自內心的喜歡你，愛戴你。請大家一定要把心底最純真的善意留給他們。這裏呆了幾天瘦了，聽説是高原讓新陳代謝加快導致的，這點我很歡喜。你看，這家酒店還有拖地機器人，是不是這樣，既乾淨，又會讓在高原工作的善良的人們輕鬆一點點。謝謝香格里拉給予我很多力量！

Cozy hotel in a muzium, amidst the beautiful ancient village. Close to restaurants and reachable by car. The 2 front desk staff were awesome, the boys helped us with our luggages and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. They provided us with an oxygen concentrator machine on our first night, which thankfully we didn't need it after adjusting the heating as per the staff's advice. Will recommend this hotel to all travellers.

酒店附近停車很方便，停車場還能一覽無餘遠眺古城，沒有遮擋。特別夜晚古城亮燈後，伴着夕陽很好看，可惜我昨天沒拍到。這裏表揚酒店前台姓王的女生，跑前跑後，介紹景點，我第一次使用製氧器，她耐心的教我，有問必答，製氧器很好用，人也好。這裏的人都很好。

看房間裏的蜘蛛網🕸看沙發上的小蟲子，衞生條件比較差。房間硬件設施還挺好的，挺大，佈置的也挺好，也有製氧，就是衞生需要加強！！睡了兩晚，身上多出很多小紅點，不知道被啥咬的。 套餐裏的體驗基本上都沒有，就是個噱頭，甚至去前台問了也沒有給我安排……衹體驗到了藏服，限時兩小時。 沒有電梯，帶大件行李的朋友們注意了。

第二次來香格里拉玩，其實是換個地方辦公。這次選了鑄記的套房，酒店規模在古鎮裏也算大的，套房窗外就能看到發佛寺和轉經筒。溜達還可以去Indigo喝個下午茶。體驗很贊😎 前台的小姐姐和小哥哥，人很nice，告訴我第一天來別洗澡，注意保暖別高反或者着涼喜歡木質都地板、傢俱和博物館的環境，有一種低配版悦榕莊的感覺，價格零頭還不夠。酒店在古鎮最裡麪，所以沒有那麼吵鬧。房間裏的床單和浴巾都很乾凈。住的很舒服，下次可以帶着家人一起來，很贊。因為在古鎮，所以可以走路去到城裡找好吃的人（古鎮太遊客餐食，都是火鍋），前台小哥哥推薦了個燒烤店很贊，還不貴。

雖然我終將返回熟悉的城市生活，但這段旅程給了我心靈上的安慰和啟發。在這片美麗的土地上，我找到了內心的寧靜和勇氣，這是一次真正意義上的精神之旅。這家酒店設施設備在古城裡是數一數二的，還會再來。

不得不説我在雲南旅遊最最最滿意的一家酒店，在古城內，打車可以直接到酒店旁邊，很方便，店員很熱情，還幫我們把行李抬到房間，因為到得比較晚，酒店的小姐姐還打電話給我們提前打開了地暖，超暖心[愛心]，房間乾淨床舒服很暖，一樓是個博物館很有特色，熱水夠熱，景色超棒，還有免費製氧機，贊贊贊，值得推薦哦！👍
