Hotel ini sangat khas dan merupakan rumah dari kepala suku kuno. Dekorasinya juga sangat gurih. Saya terutama memuji pengemudi manor Paman Dawa. Saat ini, pasar wisata campuran hitam dan putih benar-benar jarang bertemu dengan orang yang begitu sederhana dan antusias. Dalam perjalanan ke Pudacuo, paman saya berbicara kepada kami tentang pengalamannya di Tibet beberapa waktu lalu. Ia merasa kepribadiannya sangat baik dan mentalitasnya sangat optimis. Kemarin, saya sengsara oleh agen persewaan mobil pinggir jalan. Untungnya, saya menghubungi paman saya untuk membawa kami ke Deqin. Dia melaju sangat mantap di sepanjang jalan dan berbelok sangat putaran. Itu benar-benar membuat saya tidak merasakan mabuk perjalanan sama sekali untuk pertama kalinya di jalan gunung. Saya merasa sangat beruntung bertemu paman saya! Jika Anda ingin bepergian di masa depan, Anda harus mencari Paman Dawa, pengemudi dan pemandu akan melayani Anda dengan nilai penuh!

Salah satu hotel terindah di Shangri-la, lokasi sempurna di kota tua yang memberi Anda kesempatan untuk menjelajahi kota tua dengan nyaman. Staf sangat ramah dan membuat Anda merasa seperti tinggal di rumah.

Halaman keluarga ala tibet terasa sangat nyaman, dan fasilitasnya tentu masih terasa seperti homestay, dan harganya pun tidak murah

Pengalaman menginap yang fantastis. Semua orang sangat baik dan akomodatif. Setiap pertanyaan atau permintaan saya telah diambil segera. Dan suasana dan kamar yang indah. Sangat dianjurkan.

The front desk staff are very friendly n helpful. The hotel lobby has the feel of ******* culture , nice & grand . The hotel is located in the ancient town, convenient to walk around to shops n many restaurants . The hotel help us to get their day off Driver to drive us around (a half day trip )with reasonal price . The room is clean n comfortable. with fresh fruits provided too . During night time. (9pm) The staff served the milk to the room too.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel food is nice.

Everything was perfect. Charming hotel in the old town, very close to one of the monasteries. The hotel rooms are beautiful. All Staff helpful and kind. Overcame language barrier by using WeChat.

Hotel very clean and warm. The floor is heated. Staff are very friendly and informative with the activity around Shangri- La. Hotel driver brought us to the place for visit abd also to the railway station.

Loved our stay at Arro Khampa and would surely come back! Our room was beautifully furnished, with unbeatable views of the central temples of Shangri La’s old town right out of our window on the second floor. Some of the members of staff can communicate pretty well in English, which was perfect to be able to schedule day trips around the region (which is stunning) and organise pick-ups to and from the railway station. Only ‘but’ to note was the quality of the included breakfast, which felt a bit subpar in comparison to pretty much everything else in this wonderful boutique hotel. Otherwise all fantastic!

Very friendly and supportive staff. Lovely rooms and tasteful interior. Closely location nearby the temple in the ancient city of Shangri-la.

The hotel is *******-styled and really very good and unique,it is located near the centre of Dukezong Old Town. The hotel has a very good view of the Big Temple which is a short walk from the hotel. Staff working there are very hospitable and helpful. They also speak good english. Room ventilation could be improved. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there.

Amazing hotel with perfect location, right in the centre of old town. Friendly and efficient staff. Very cosy and well appointed rooms. I will surely return.
