Got a shock when we arrived at the entrance as it was old but entering the property was a surprised. It’s modern cosy and and fill when all amenities needed. Very friendly owner and helped us carry our luggage up and down. Highly recommend to stay here’. 20mins walk to the old town.

this is not a hotel but the amenities are all very new and good, the staff working there is also very nice - they messaged me a day earlier to ask if i needed transportation. When we reached, they helped us with our luggages and brought us to our rooms. They even taught us how to use the oxygen tank, heater etc. This place is very aesthetic and nice! Very comfortable bed and the room is big enough. Walking distance to the 古城 too. Very homely. Highly recommended

From the outside, the hotel looks like a traditional, older-style building. But once inside, it’s modern and beautifully designed. The room was very clean and well-equipped with lots of useful facilities—especially the oxygen supply, which was essential for us as we were experiencing headaches from the high-altitude sickness. The hotel owner was very friendly and kind. He even lent us an umbrella when he knew it was going to rain. He also provided free transportation to and from the train station. I'm very impressed with the hotel and will definitely recommend this place to friends.

The room was clean and spacious! Very conveniently located just within a few minutes walk to the old city. The owner and staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to ensure that your requests are being met! Strongly recommend this hotel!

Provided pick up and drop off service to train station was great. Extended stays at hotel and received attentive care service from the owner and staff. Provide laundry service too. There are nearby eateries and abt 10mins walk to old town. Will recommend this place if u are visting Shangri la.

Excellent service , clean and big room . Owner was approachable and friendly 👍🏻😍 they even gave us a goodie bag and sent us to train station when we check out . Will be back again 👍🏻👍🏻 best hotel we stayed for the entire trip

Location is good. Hotel do provide pick up service from the train station. Hotel comes with warmer and oxygen generator. Overall stay was satisfying.

The service was truly exceptional - whatever our needs were, they were met. The homestay owner was extremely passionate and friendly in welcoming us, guiding through the room, occasional chit chats, providing food and places recommendations, and more.

The scenery of this hotel is absolutely nice, the room is overall very clean and tidy, and the room also has full-house supplies. It is very friendly to people with altitude sickness. Except that the appearance is a bit old, there is nothing wrong with it. The reception staff downstairs are also very enthusiastic!

This is a brand new B&B that opened in 2017. The owner is steady and enthusiastic. The B&B has advanced facilities, including floor heating, humidifier, oxygen concentrator, etc. It is very cozy to sit by the fire and drink tea when it is cold. A gift bag with fruits, snacks and drinks is given upon entering the door. Free airport and station pick-up services are available. There are many small makeup and clothing shops on the street outside the B&B, and the prices are very reasonable. It only takes more than ten minutes to walk to the Big Buddha Temple to turn the prayer wheels.

The B&B arranges free pick-up and drop-off, and gives away fruits, snacks and drinks when arriving at the store, which is very thoughtful and considerate. When we got to the room, the brother carefully explained to us how to use the electrical appliances. The layout of the room is very delicate, the details are also very humanized, and the brother's service is very enthusiastic. The B&B is highly recommended, and I will stay there next time I go to Shangri-La.
