Very good despite a delayed and slow check in

The hotel looks nice, but is very noisy. Specially during mornings when you are sleeping. The restaurant on first floor starts working from 6:30 am and walls are very thin. So you hear lots of noise and hard to sleep well. But still they have good promotions for free messages and other stuff. I recommend getting a room on 3rd floor to have least noise.

The hotel itself was very good, but At first, they said it was a deposit and I paid 1000 pesos with my credit card, and when I asked to cancel the deposit when checking out, they said there was no record of the payment. My card statement clearly shows the record. The front desk was completely ignorant, saying there was no record of the payment. Then they suddenly changed and treated me very rudely. After making me wait for about 20 minutes, they said It was an environmental tax. From the beginning, there was no mention of an environmental tax, it was a deposit, but they changed their words. I lost all trust. It was completely bad.

It doesn't feel fancy, but it's a place with a cute Mexican flavor~

I like it so much that I want to come back again I was satisfied. The food is delicious and I went to another branch. There is also a shuttle that can take you there. It was easy to use and I recommend it.
