Ulasan Nine Phoenix Garden Oxygen Guesthouse (Shangri-La Dukezong Ancient Town Store)

- Location A bit far (for a family with 1 y/o baby) from the ancient city by walking. But the access to the public transportation is just in front of the hotel. Plenty of Halal restaurants nearby hotel. Just walk. Their food is a top notch! - Hotel Brand new. Completed with oxygen diffuser & heated floor! This is the main reason I chose this hotel. I was worried about my baby's health because of the high altitude risk. Turns out she was ok and happy to stay in the room. She really didn't want to leave the room because of the cold weather. The room also spacious & the toilet have heated seat. They have a rooftop to enjoy the view! - Host Friendly & helpful hosts! They help us to book a trip, show guide to the best attractions that suitable for a family with a baby. They took care of my lil sister during our stay! They offered free pickup & drop off to the train station too. Super helpful to us.

The room is warm, have the heater, the hotel is so good for staying

The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes walk to the Ancient Town. The staff offer a pickup and drop off service at the railway station and airport. The room is very spacious and clean. The floors are heated, and there is also heating and oxygen in the room. The beds are also heated. However, it takes a few hours for the room to get warm so I would recommend turning on the heating before it gets cold. Once you get cold and turn on the heating, you’ll be waiting a few hours in the cold before the room heats up. There is 24 hour hot water which is appreciated as not all hotels in China offer this. We chose to start our days early so we could do more, and appreciated the hot shower in the morning. The staff were very helpful in helping us arrange a car to Pudacuo and in using 外卖 so we could order some food to take onto our train back to Kunming. Do note there are no elevators in this hotel, and our room was located on the third floor. However, the staff will help you carry your bags.

民宿就在古城附近，走路10分鐘可到達非常方便。房間很大很新乾淨衞生，床品很舒服，我睡眠很淺的人睡得很好。有免費停車場，停車位充足。民宿工作人員熱情大方，免費幫我們升級了房間，到達的時候前台帥哥還下停車場幫我們拿行李。

民宿的房間非常不錯，乾淨舒適，物件齊全特別貼心！住了三天真的特別舒服，民宿裏有製氧機特別棒，第一晚高反，半夜十二點服務人員及時到房間指導使用，特別貼心。而且民宿外就是超市和很多飯店，價格合理味道也都不錯。 特別感謝這家店主和所有服務人員，我得手機忘在大廳裏，過了大概半小時才發現，之後打電話居然沒丟被他們找到收起來了，真的很感動，很有安全感的民宿！值得選擇！再次感謝民宿的所有人！謝謝！

設施：他家有彌散供氧，房間也比較大，茶包挺好喝的，主要是早餐，古城裡提供早餐的不多，他家的早餐是在隔壁飯館，店裡很乾凈價格也不貴，而且米線和粉超好吃！ 衞生：衞生非常不錯，出去玩的時候還給打掃衞生了，收拾的挺徹底 環境：離古城龜山公園大概一公里多，位置屬於古城邊邊上，可以晚飯後溜達過去，民宿房間走起來有點繞來繞去 服務：服務很好，加了前台微信，問題都一一解答很周到

老闆很熱情，知道我想要拍星星，晚上還特地把裝飾燈關掉了，我們想吃當地特色氂牛肉火鍋，他也熱情的給了我們推薦。酒店設施很完善，有供氧，住的很舒服！還贈送了藏族服飾，非常棒！

房間又大又乾淨，設施很齊全，有地暖一點兒都不冷，還有製氧機，不用擔心會缺氧，睡的很踏實，衞浴也是乾濕分離，超滿意 ，大廳有沙發有小點心，真的很贊，還有免費的接送服務，離古城也很近哦，出行很方便[愉快]下次有機會還會來住。

這次入住體驗非常愉快，民宿房間真的很不錯，乾淨整潔，還有地暖和製氧機，真的很好不用擔心高反，三樓有陽台，可以看看風景吹吹風，而且民宿離古城很近，傍晚可以去古城跳舞遊玩，民宿服務也很好，有接送服務，很準時，到達民宿辦理入住速度很快，會有工作人員幫忙提行李並引導進入房間，整體都很好，下次來香格里拉還來這家[偷笑]

環境優美，衞生整潔，房間內空間寬敞。離獨克宗古城和民俗體驗館也近。酒店門口就是公交車站，去松贊布林寺很方便。

來香格里拉旅遊選了這家酒店，完全超出預期！房間佈置很温馨，細節超加分，像床頭的閲讀燈、柔軟的抱枕，住起來特別舒服。酒店的服務更是沒得説，有求必應，還幫忙推薦了不少小眾景點。而且酒店的餐廳很絕，本地特色菜做得正宗，食材新鮮。公共區域打掃得乾乾淨淨，電梯也運行平穩。性價比超高，強烈推薦給各位！
