Shangri-La Xinjiuyi Homestay

The place was a few hundred meters from the old town. The 民宿 owners were extremely hospitable and friendly. First they came to pick us up from the station, upon arrival, as our room was on the 3rd floor, they carried our luggage all the way up for us. The room was spacious, clean and all amenities provided for. The room came with oxygen supply, heated floor and sky roof where we could glance out to see the stars. They advised us on all the do and don't when in high altitude places. When we came back freezing cold at night, they even brought up hot milk to help warm us up. Overall, we had a very good stay here. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Shangri-la.

location is within walking distance (5-10 minutes walk) to the ancient city. room is well renovated and extremely clean. had smart facilities as well~ owner is really nice and offered us hot tea and hot milk! wonderful stay

Room got a big space with 1 queen & 1 king bed size. Floor heating was good, a very big help after come back from cold weather outside. Warm sleep even too warmth 😅. Owner was very friendly, she helps us to carry luggages up to 2nd floor. Warm milk provided at night. Restaurant nearby and easy to get into an old town with walking distance.

Location wise is great. Owner is kind. Everything is great!

Hotel located not far from train station. Nice and clean hotel. Didi drop off just in front of the hotel. Walking 400m to old town looks tiring altho it is just flat road not uphill but didi is easily available. Halal restaurant just next door to hotel. Staff was bery friendly and always ready to serve. Room is high technology equipped
