Had a great experience staying here. The room is equipped with an oxygen machine and humidifier to help you acclimatize at the higher altitude. The host is also very accommodating. Bonus point: There are 2 cute cats at the reception that will greet you

Im from Alor Setar , Malaysia. For Malaysian, please stay here. Easier to find halal food nearby. Bed is so comfortable with heated floor. Bathroom is fantastic. I feel warm in the room even outside temperature is -3. They also provide oxygen corcentrator for free. Staff at receptionist counter very helpful especially young lady. She had arrange for me free transportation at early morning to Shangri-La Railway station because my train to Kunming at 7.20am. If i came again to Shangri-La, sure i will stay here again.

Location is great, very close to the ancient city. Room is spacious and clean. We have good stay here

The location is very strategic and close to the main attractions in town. The hotel is very clean, provided every day with free water and even a Smart toilet like in japan in our room! And the view from the room? Just stunning

The boss is really helpful and friendly. We requested him to help with booking for 土司宴, and he got a very nice seat. The room is big and cozy! Love it

Very convenient location, good service. Pick up n drop off included. Room very clean n spacious. Owner very polite n friendly. Our 5 nites stay was awesome. Recommended to stay here....

The room was spacious and the bed is comfy. They have heater, portable fan and oxygen tank. The location is ok and receptionist also very helpful. View from our window is facing building which is quite nice.

The room was so good is same the picture in app and the host so helpful and my wrong to do with them, there not aggressive with us. But for cleaning just come to change bin and towel not cleaning and not change the bed sheet. Location is near everything and can call the cap easygoing next time we will coming back!

Near the ancient city.... just walk over. Good restaurants nearby... we tried on 2 nights.... fantastic! Got cats... so cute! Nice balcony with great view of the city..

We love this location so much. The owner provide free transport for us from train station to homestay.

A pleasant loft that suits a small family/group of friends. It is located right inside dukezong which makes ancient city tour very convenient! Having that said, some DiDis will not come to the doorstep during day time. The hosts are really sweet people, who offered us fruits everyday and generously offered to send us to the train station on our checked out day. Some things to consider: 1) the showering doors can be quite translucent which makes stay a little inconvenient when you are staying with your friends 2) as it is located inside ancient city, it can get a little noisy during the day as sound proofing isn’t the best over there Otherwise, generally a great stay!
