po wejściu do hotelu pan, który pracował w recepcji - wydawało się że nie był zainteresowany moją osobą - coś robił w komputerze; dopiero jak ja się przywitałem to odszedł od komputera - nie było to serdeczne przyjęcie; poza tym śniadanie i obsługa sali śniadaniowej jak najbardziej na plus; hotel ładny - było dość małe obłożenie dlatego było cicho- co dla mnie było bardzo istotne.

Doskonały obiekt! Polecam z czystym sumieniem. Czysto, nowocześnie i bardzo funkcjonalnie. Dobrze wyposażony pokój.

Na wyjeździe byłam z grupką znajomych. Wszyscy byli zadowoleni. M.in. ze zniadania, obsługi, strefy spa, pokoju, bliskości morza. Na pewno tu jeszcze wrócimy;)

Food fantastic. Lokalization superb. But then lot of issues - missing towels in swimingpool, loud music late night from some conferency, different informations at reception vs reality. I was two years ago at nearby hotel and there was no issues like that...

Great hotel. Delicious food and very good service that tries to help at every step. I was with the children during the winter holidays and I must admit that I have never come across such wonderful animations from which my children did not want to leave. Mrs. animator and Mr. animator are people created for this job. In addition to the animation, I would also like to distinguish the Instructor from the climbing wall (Mr. shorter, unfortunately I do not remember the name). A very motivating, supportive man who gets along with kids. Pools, spa, restaurants and rooms very nice, clean and tidy. Big advantage - clothes dryer, iron and board in the room. The beach at your fingertips which is a huge advantage and the distance from the center is small. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back.

We choose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The reviews were good. The hotel can not handle basic services. First - hotel is selling spa treatments which the spa is not providing anymore, second- during Saturday evening meal you will be treated as a second class quest because there will be much more valuable groups attending meal time, third- do not expect your coffee/tea supplies provided in your room unless you will ask a reception desk in the morning, and mostly annoying - the front desk has no idea how to check you out. I was told that I need to pay more, because "some of the services are charged with 8% VAT and other with 23% VAT - so computer said I owe money", I did not agree with that. Then I was told that " system arranged my payment in different way and that is why I am in debt". I refused again. So front desk employee went and ask a hidden colleague and I was told I am clear, got my parking ticket to get out and I left. About an 1 hr later I got a call from hotel - I owe money for sure! All in all, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who wishes a stress free break.

Friendly staff and good restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and our electric car charged full for our next trip to Gdańsk. In the restaurant food was special and tasty. Service was great. Good staff!! Suggest to stay and visit!

The hotel is great. Very spacious room with balcony, comfortable bed, ensuite bathroom with all needed facilities. Parking available, what is really important, especially during peak season. A bit long lasting check-in, needed to queue for approx. 20 minutes. There was a package delivery arranged to be picked up by the reception desk and when I came to pick it up from the reception - it appeared that the package disappeared. Finally it was found, but there was a bit if stress. Last weak point was the breakfast organisation during pandemic. Restaurant simply didn't deal with sanitary restrictions and the amount of hotel guests. That should be improved. But general opinion is very positiv, nothing to regret about the room or location. Will definitely come back when again in Kołobrzeg.

Top hotel

Schöne Lage direkt am der Promenade und Meer. Schöne Größe Zimmer mit Balkon. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sauna und Schwimmbad waren gut. Personal an der Rezeption sowie Servicekraft in der Pizza Bar sind sehr genervt und unfreundlich. Weit abgelegen vom Zentrum .

Der Check in ist sehr langwierig und nervig geworden. Das Personal ist bis auf eine Ausnahme an der Rezeption hilfsbereit und nett. Ansonsten wie gewohnt alles gut. Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Im Schwimmbad gibt es leider keine Liegen mehr, nur Plastikstühle. Garage und Parkplätze mittlerweile zu teuer.

Obiekt bardzo blisko morza. Super śniadania, obiady, kolację. Wspaniałą siłownia. Baseny niestety niezbyt czyste, co mogę potwierdzić reakcja uczuleniowa syna podczas pobytu oraz wizyta u lekarza. Generalnie - polecam że względu na podejście do Klienta (poza jedną wpadką na baseniez gdzie Pani poinformowała, że ręcznik pobrany np po godzinie 15 ma zostać w pokoju do następnego dnia...). Super ścianka wspinaczkowa, wspaniałe animacje dla dzieci- alpaki, pieczenie pizzy. Dobre jakościowo produkty na barze - pizza, drinki, piwko. Super pomysł dwa pojazdy z jedzeniem przed hotelem, przy deptaku.

Hotel bardzo komfortowy. Rewelacyjne animacje dla dzieci. Basen i sauny pierwsza klasa. Siłownia i atrakcje sportowe dla dorosłych. Plus za food trucki pod hotelem. Położenie przy samym morzu. Wypożyczalnia rowerów droższa niż ta na promenadzie.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub im Apartment. Essen, Service, Spa, Rezeption, Behandlungen, Fitnessstudio, Kinderanimation und Umgebung alles tipptopp. Einziges Mango, man muss täglich die Zimmerreinigung beauftragen, macht man dies nicht, kommt auch niemand. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage oder draußen vor dem Hotel gegen überteuerte Gebühr möglich. Hier könnte man den Preis ein wenig nachgeben.
