Hotel yang saya pilih secara tidak sengaja adalah pilihan yang sangat berharga. Keluarga beranggotakan empat orang dengan bayinya hidup cukup nyaman. Air dan minuman di kamar segera diisi ulang setelahnya mereka sudah selesai. Kamar juga dilengkapi dengan konsentrator oksigen dan sistem pasokan tersebar. Oksigen sangat berguna bagi kami yang baru tiba. Hotel ini tidak jauh dari kota kuno dan sangat nyaman untuk bepergian. Anjing pemilik bernama Sangtian berperilaku sangat baik dan imut. Putriku bersenang-senang dengannya. Dia pasti akan kembali ke Shangri-La lain kali. Terkesan selama malam pertama saya menginap di Shangri-la bersama mereka, jadi saya memesan hotel ini lagi setelah perjalanan saya kembali dari Deqin. Layanan semua staf mereka fantastis dan mereka bahkan berusaha lebih keras dengan menghubungi tamu mereka terlebih dahulu dan Anda dapat merasakan sambutan bahkan sebelum check in. Mereka menyediakan layanan penjemputan dan pengantaran dari terminal bus, bandara, atau stasiun kereta api sehingga mereka akan memeriksa dengan Anda saat kedatangan dan jadwal untuk menjemput Anda. Anda benar-benar dapat merasakan bagaimana Anda diprioritaskan sebagai tamu dan layanan yang mereka berikan lebih baik atau setidaknya setara dengan hotel bintang 5 mana pun. Lokasi hotel tepat di sebelah kota kuno. Bagi wisatawan yang suka mengunjungi kota kuno, akan menjadi tempat yang tepat untuk dipertimbangkan. Kamarnya juga bagus, tidak ada yang buruk bagi saya untuk dikeluhkan. Pasti akan memesan hotel ini lagi jika saya mengunjungi Shangri-la.

I must compliment how attentive and friendly the staff here. I really love how I was greeting when arrived. Room was spacious and good. Transport pick up both way to train station. Good breakfast, foot bath and fruits at night. They even provide standing fan too when we claim it’s stuffy in the room. It was actually my best stay among all my stays in Yunnan. Highly recommended! Location is good just 7-9min away from the old town. It was indeed a perfect stay.

I don't know how to start explaining how much we absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from the first contact we had with the hotel people. When we first got to the hotel, a few young people came to help with the luggage and to welcome us. They even brought the luggage to our rooms, which was on the second floor, and explained everything in the room. The room was absolutely flawless, very spacious, clean, comfortable, perfect! Every night, after we came back from our day out, the staff would bring a fruit platter. The yummy breakfast was also delivered to our room. We had a few issues throughout our stay with our tour guide being late and the hotel staff was absolutely amazing. Their hospitality is incomparable. Although we had no notion of Chinese language, we communicated through phone translators and the staff was never frustrated with us and were genuinely kind and the most helpful. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel, I felt a little sad when we left. I was so overwhelmed by the choices of hotel when I was preparing my trip but I am so happy I chose to stay here. Do not hesitate to book this place. It was the best place we stayed at during our trip. Thank you again to everyone at the hotel who made our stay unforgettable!

Overall, it was a good stay! The staff were generally friendly and made the experience pleasant. The only downside was the toiletries — everything provided, including the bath towels, is one-time use and was quite thin, which took away slightly from the comfort. That said, the breakfast was absolutely awesome. And they also provide transport service to both airport and train station! Would still recommend for a casual and comfortable stay!

Located just outside the old town, this inn provides a private and quiet yet convenient home stay. Their service is impeccable from the free transport to the top notch services, making my stay a fuss free one. The room is very spacious with plenty of unused area in the room, heated floor makes the room cosy to roam. The only downside side is they are using disposable towels which may not be suitable for everyone's liking.

Everything was great with this B&B. Room is big, clean, well maintained and quiet. 5-10mins walk to the old town. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Drove us to the railway station for free. We're thankful for the wonderful stay. Highly highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived at the entrance there were 6 of the staffs who all came out to greet us and helped us with our luggages. It was raining and they sheltered us with umbrellas. We were stunned by this great service! Also greeted by 2 friendly and cute giant dogs at the door, they are angels!! Room is huge and clean with all the amenities. At night they gave us a plate of goodnight fresh cut fruits and we could request for herbal foot soak bucket after a tired day. Location is about 15 mins walk to the inside of Dukezong Old Town street, not too bad. Car could stop right at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is by far the best I have seen in any boutique inn hotel. All the young handsome male staffs are very friendly and helpful! We would come back again! Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hospitality was superb, with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The hotel is conveniently located near the ancient city, making it easy to explore the area. I was truly impressed with the level of service provided. Highly recommended!

Everything about this hotel was excellent, including the spotless and cozy rooms, great amenities, and helpful personnel. They pick us up from the nearby area and drop us off at the train station. Its comfortable and roomy accommodations with a view of the campground , surpassed our expectations in every way. The ancient city is within walking distance.

Love this clean and conveniently located boutique hotel which is 3 mins away from supermarket, 7mins away from old city with lots of good food options and clothes rental shops along the way. Breakfast was not provided but we love the 鬼包子across the street. Room comes with oxygen supply and humidifier which are much needed in Shangri la. The service crew and lady boss were friendly and helpful. Our request was met promptly with the use of WeChat message and airport transfer were provided to us both ways. A true gem and we will definitely recommend this place.
