I love how strategically located the hotel is, right next to the station but without noise at all. There are a lot of eateries and a supermarket within a minute walk. The staff was extremely helpful and helped me with accepting and retuning taobao delivery as well as keeping my lugagge for more than a week while I am travelling to outside of Shanghai. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious! Love the bathtub and all other amenities such as laundy and gym room on our floor. Will definitely be back again!

I last stayed at this hotel 10 years ago, when it was still named ”Regal International East Asia Hotel”. 10 years later, when I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel again, I was surprised that the hotel was more or less kept as the same, with a similar classy style and decor. Even the rooms looked the same! Although they were probably never renovated, the fixtures and fittings were kept in very good condition and the beds comfortable. It is located in a very classy and laid back part of Xujiahui, Shanghai which was part of the former french concession. I had a good stroll down Hengshan Road, and found that while it was tree-lined and as pretty as ever, there were more cafes and malls there now. The location is also very convenient, a short stroll away from Wukang Building, 5 mins walk to Hengshan Road station and 15mins drive from the bund. As I had just arrived from Chongqing, which is most definitely a second tier chinese city, I was taken aback by the good english spoken by the reception, which was much better than that in a similar 5 star hotel in CQ. The hotel staff all provided good service and were courteous. The room was large and I appreciated the work table, something that is not common in other hotels of similar price range. The toilet's design was a little strange though, as there was no real separation from the shower area and the sink(only had a glass door). While I didn't have the time to use the hotel's facilities, there was a large indoor swimming pool and a fully equipped gym-- with fitness instructors and classes. Very impressive. The breakfast at the lobby restaurant was also good, with a good selection of hot food and bread, nothing to complain about. I also loved taking a stroll in the garden behind the restaurant, where locals were exercising and the gentle winter breeze uplifted my mood greatly. Overall, for the price paid, it is a good value for money hotel in Xujiahui, Shanghai, I love the hotel itself and the neighbourhood it is located in. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay here again if I am back in Shanghai, China.

InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland is a fantastic choice for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The fresh air and nearby parks create a perfect atmosphere for unwinding, and the Wonder City Amusement Park, just a 5-minute walk away, adds an extra touch of fun to the experience. The hotel offers a delicious buffet, a great pool, and a well-equipped gym. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to visit the spa, which means we’ll have to come back again! A huge thank you to Sofiia, Seven, Vincent, and Alisa for their outstanding service—they answered all of our questions and made our stay as comfortable as possible, prepared a room with an amazing view for us. Special thanks to Bambi and Cora for preparing delicious complimentary desserts for us. Also, a big shoutout to Amiya, who helped organize room service late at night—super convenient! I also really enjoyed The Cliff Show, and I appreciate Sofiia reminding us about it by sending a helpful notice. The staff is available 24/7 and speaks English, Russian, and Korean, which made communication effortless. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very nice room; close to Disney; but the times for the breakfast and to take you to Disney are not family friendly 7-9 am and that is all. We never had breakfast or toke the suttle. I even cancelled the suttle one night at 3am because I saw we could not make it, and they still woke us up, at 8.45 even if I answer the message asking if it was cancelled, saying it was definitely cancelled. They are very unflexible with the schedule even if they do not have any other guest...they should also keep an eye on the cleaning every day, because the floors are white and they look dirty very easy. They let you wash clothes, and tried to help but I think they need some training about normal requests than guest can make like late check out for example, after 4 days 2 rooms, it should not be a big deal to leave some room to the guest without making it like and amazing exception. I have been 2 months in China and all the hotels let you stay for free for a few hours even without a question, at the end they let us have one extra hour but after a long back and forward that was not necessary.

Stayed for 3 nights and felt very good. The quiet yard has osmanthus trees, flowers and plants. Sitting at the small table under the umbrella shed and listening to the parrots is so comfortable. You can also park for free in the yard, which is really great! The room decoration and equipment are very new, the socket arrangement is very reasonable, there are bedside tables, tables, water tables, and bathrooms, and there is a small refrigerator in the room, which is very good for cold drinks in summer. The hotel waiters are very good, patient and considerate. The breakfast is very rich, the restaurant layout is also very interesting, and there is a sewing machine! The location is good and travel is very convenient. The children don’t want to leave after staying here. They said they must stay in the terrace room next time to experience it.

The hotel is clean more than my expectations. And also the location is very close to the seaside. I think considering the room rate it can be very reasonable choice. Also the design of the hotel is unique I enjoyed the restaurant Hoxa Bistro and Bar on 1st floor.

It's very close to Disneyland, and the free shuttle bus is very convenient. The bus is equipped with a paid Disney butler service, but it saves you the trouble. I didn't buy an early bird card, but I did all the popular projects. I saw the floats, Mickey's Dream Quest, Pirates of the Caribbean three times, the rafting twice, and the fireworks. Check-in at the front desk was quick and the staff was warm and thoughtful. They also helped me book a stroller. I really like the aromatherapy scent in the lobby. The room is clean and bright, the air is fresh and pleasant, the facilities are new and powerful, the shower is comfortable, the air conditioning blows quickly, the TV can cast the screen, the room has a rich breakfast, the bedding is first-class, the sound insulation is also very good, and I am very happy living with my children.

I came to play with my little sister and chose this B&B very close to Disneyland. The stay was very comfortable. We were given a free upgrade to the room. The room was clean and large. There is an infinity pool on the fourth floor, and the atmosphere is really amazing at night. We were very lucky, and we happened to be able to see the Disney fireworks from a distance, which was really nice! ! ! The breakfast is delicious, the housekeepers are also very considerate, and the service attitude is very good. Mineral water is available for free at the front desk, as well as candies, snacks and welcome fruits. It is very good. I hope I will have a chance to play again next time~

Enjoy Disney shuttle service (based on the number of people staying in the room, and the pick-up time at night is based on the end of the fireworks): The driver is very patient.
