Staffs were friendly and helpful. Buffet style breakfast was amazing. Room was overall clean and comfortable, though there were small details in our room that the hotel should probably look into patching up such as water damage spots and peeling on the ceiling. Hotel is located in a quiet area that is within walking distance to the metro which can take you to the train station, airport, downtown, and many of the attractions in Shanghai. Will definitely consider booking this hotel again.

The front desk staff went out of their way to assist me in finding food. They also helped ensure that my stay is as comfortable as possible.

Booked for a night, all is good just that the service is not that great. Our meituan didn't deliver the item, we ask for help in receptionist as we are foreigner unable to call local number but they didn't bother to help said we can't call for you.

We recently stayed in a village and had a wonderful experience. Our host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to use the kitchen facilities which made our stay feel like home. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we were located near a river and had the opportunity to use the kayaks, which was a lot of fun. We also explored the nearby park, although we found out that dogs are not allowed inside. Nevertheless, we enjoyed biking around the park with our furry friend. The location of our stay was convenient as we were close to a supermarket with a great selection of food options, and there were some restaurants nearby for takeout. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

The customer service was excellent and there is a very nice breakfast buffet. The location is a little far from most things, but it is easy and inexpensive to get a taxi. There is a McDonald's, Sam's Club deli, and a Starbucks right next door. The room was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. The front desk staff was extremely helpful with everything from getting a taxi to ordering food. It's very good value for the money.

Second stay in Zhongxiangjie Comfortable environment comparable to Xijiao Hotel Breakfast is home-style porridge with side dishes It is inconvenient to eat around, there is a boss of Pinzhen Pavilion who is willing to deliver, and the taste and price are good. The only uncomfortable thing is the security, the restrictions can't go here or there. Since the homestay is located in the villa area, it should be considered before there are private residences around.

It was my first time staying at this hotel. It was really great. First of all, the service of every employee was very enthusiastic. Xiao Han was especially good and introduced the surrounding area enthusiastically. The hotel parking lot is very large and many cars are parked during the day. There is a snack street on the left where you can stroll around and there is a supermarket. It is very convenient. This price is really a good deal to stay in such a hotel. It is also equipped with a robot to deliver food. There is also a dryer for washing clothes. It is great. I will choose this place again if I have the opportunity to come here in the future.

It’s rare to be free. After discussing with my family, I decided to go to Qingxi Country Park for a walk. I stayed for one night. I didn’t expect the lotus flowers in Lianhu Village to be blooming one after another. It was a surprise! Very beautiful! Let’s talk about the homestay. I was thinking about staying for one night. I didn’t expect it to exceed expectations. Whether it is from the big bedding or the small toothbrush slippers, the details are much better than the previous homestays! The housekeeper will contact in advance and then pick up at the entrance of the village. He is very enthusiastic. Not only will he make coffee but also bartenders, it is really amazing! I have already told the housekeeper that we will come back to play next time when the lotus is fully blooming. Hahaha, in short, it is a great experience! 👍👍👍
