This time, I arrived at the Shama Hotel in Shanghai, where the front desk staff, Angel Zhu, provided exceptionally attentive service. Whether it was the arrangement of the room or the introduction to the surrounding environment, she made me feel thoroughly valued. She swiftly completed the check-in process for me and escorted me to my room. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai. The room was spacious and bright, with a decor that elegantly blended modern style with the charm of old Shanghai. The interior was meticulously arranged. Looking out from the window, whether it was the bustling traffic during the day or the dazzling lights at night, I was utterly enchanted. The gym also allowed me to maintain a healthy lifestyle and enjoy relaxation. If you have the chance to visit Shanghai, don’t miss out on this experience. Hongqiao Airport / Hongqiao Railway Station pick-up once: Very satisfied with the stay, would stay next time for a direct value for money, a sweet soup with pepper powder in the evening, and breakfast was fresh and fresh. I very much liked their homemade coffee wide room was spacious and bright. The bed was warm and comfortable. Their service was also very good. A one-way service picked me up from that airport and there was no need to worry. The value-for-money ratio can be said to be very good, and the decor is also a new Chinese style very satisfying, and the transportation is very convenient, with two subway stations next to it. Lines 11 and 14 are within walking distance of the subway station and some dining and shopping are very convenient around the station. There is also Sam for business trips and tourist vacations. The receptionist and the butler sister are also very welcoming and offer room upgrades and late check-out. Rooms are also carefully cleaned, daily supplies are replenished, staff are always smiling and responsive. The first impression of the need is clean and beautiful. The room was very nice to stay in. He gave me a sense of what it means to be truly good service and truly enjoy being at home. There is not much fancy in this hotel, just a gentle and peaceful atmosphere. If you let your mind relax as soon as you walk in, let your mind empty, and forget the noise of the outside world. First of all, the facilities at this hotel are very fully equipped and spacious beds allow travelers to get a decent sleep. In the wardrobe, there is a full range of videos and writing, and then there is another bath with thoughtful disposable feet wipes and disposable bath bags to give you a sense of the hotel's deep love for inclusion. The value-for-money ratio was immediately satisfied. I will stay here again next time. And the service was very warm. Being at home is really becoming at home.very good

The location is excellent, there are many restaurants in the area - a seven minute walk from the nearest metro. It was comfortable, cozy - a large and very comfortable room. The downside - we had to ask several times to bring us towels/clean the room. No sheets were changed.

The location is as good as it gets — seriously. The room was quite nice too. Just a heads-up: kitchen utensils aren’t provided by default, so you’ll need to ask for them. One thing worth highlighting is the excellent service — especially from 小季, who handled my check-in. She was not only very kind and welcoming, but also exceptionally professional and clearly great at what she does. A solid stay overall!

The room was far from the elevator and the sound proof was bad. The breakfast was so so (not much to expect). I’ve stayed there for 6 days and some days the cleaner does not finish their jobs (they probably only left clean towels and that’s all, they did not tidy the bed). But the front desk was friendly which they allowed us to check out late without surcharge

The hotel is clean and tidy, the room facilities are complete, the mattress is comfortable, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, and there is a parking lot for free parking. The location is also good, relatively quiet, and there is food within a few minutes of going out. The stay experience is very good ~ This price is very cost-effective. It is not far from the subway

The hotel is very stylishly designed, the rooms are warmly decorated, and the details are handled very well. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of good quality. The most surprising thing is the sound insulation of the room, which makes for a very peaceful sleep at night. The service staff is friendly, and the check-in and check-out procedures are very convenient. It is a very pleasant stay!

It is really hard to find a hotel with such a high cost performance ratio in Shanghai. The most basic thing is that the room does not smell of smoke or sweat!!! The hygiene is very good👍The front desk service is also good, the room design is also reasonable, and the details are very in place... Sorry for not taking too many photos. I recommend it to my sisters who come on business trips from the bottom of my heart! I am a person who is very sensitive to smells, especially smoke, and I sleep very well here

This is a beautifully designed boutique hotel - with innovative spatial configuration and interior styling. But the management is a bit at AirB&B level, seemingly run by the owner's family members rather than a professionally trained team. The room I was originally assigned to had an intense smell of cigarrette; the room I changed to upon request had an obvious smell of mildew. The only window in the room does not provide sightline to outside; it's only for ventilation and indirect natural daylight. The location is between city center and the Hongqiao train station, which is the reason I chose the hotel, but the area has no nearby attractions.

II really enjoyed my stay at Amara last week. The room was comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. Jon the concierge remembered my name and made me feel comfortable navigating the area on foot. The staff at the front desk were able to help me arrange transportation to the airport when my DiDi was not working. Really close to the metro station The hotel buffet was probably one of the best buffets I’ve had, let alone in a hotel! There were so many high quality options. The hot noodle bar and egg/omlet bar along with the fresh fruit and salad set the buffet apart. Timmy from the restaurant was so much help and made me extremely comfortable.  Would definitely come back next time I am in SH
