Shanghai Changning District Hotels

Positive: Overall is fine. The room was clean. The hotel provided transfer to the airport. Negative: No one speaks English at the reception. The breakfast was not good. I mentioned in the comments that I needed a non-smoking room, but I was given a room with a terrible smell of smoke. After that, I asked them to change the number, and they did.

I had ab amazing stay. The room had a microwave, kitchen sink, washing machine and a shower enclosed shower.  The staff speaks English and were very helpful (even when I had a wardrobe malfunction 🙈).

Love it everything at this hotel. The room is nice and cozy, and I feel like home. The design fits perfectly both functions and homy atmosphere. Amenities are good and I like the soft, gentle towels. Most of all, the location is very convenient, 100 m from subway, from new mall, nice and slow surroundings. Near to train station, airport, and convention center. All staffs are helpful, very welcome with all kinds of requests. Definitely I come back!

I always come back and it’s a Perfect stay for business for the location it’s easy to get to the different convention centers around the city Room although compact is super comfy - feather pillows ,good comforter and decent strong shower . Always a pleasure that the staff are very attentive during my stay. It made a huge difference and a relief that the room did not smell of smoke this time as sometimes other guests may sneak a smoke .. so does travel through the ventilation system . The staff and makes me feel safe too as a female traveler. Neighbourhood has lots of Chinese food options and fresh fruit etc. it’s close by subway to the airport and hongqiao station so you can avoid traffic . Expect 20-30 mins away so it’s great .

I can confidently say it was one of the most exceptional hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. Room: My suite was nothing short of breathtaking. Spacious, elegantly designed, and spotlessly clean The hotel’s location was ideal just across the Airport. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whether it was the concierge arranging last-minute tickets to a show or the housekeeping team leaving thoughtful touches in my room, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay.

I wasn't expecting much, but this is a pretty good hotel. The location was actually surprisingly good, with convenience shops and restaurants conveniently close by. The hotel and facilities were clean, and the workers were all really nice, polite, and professional. The hotel does have a little robot used to deliver takeout, however, that is an actual menace; the elevator also takes ages sometimes, leading to us having to take the outside stairs a few times. But overall I was pleased with our room and the hotel overall, and I would definitely stay there again!

Everyone was friendly and everything was going well until at the point of check out. There was a lady in reception by the name of Emma Li who was very unfriendly, dismissive and rude, she was on her phone when we approached her working station, and continued on it even when she was serving us, and seemed very uninterested in helping us when we asked her questions about storing our luggage at the hotel. I hope management will take this up with her, and also train her to treat her customers with respect and professionalism. We pay for good service and comfortable stay in reputable hotels like Radisson and it’s always so distasteful when you are treated poorly by the very same people that are supposed to make your stay nice and comfortable.

This hotel outdid itself, I am so impressed, they have so many good options for their breakfast and inner buffet, as a foreigner, you wouldn’t even realize you’re in China, they have options I have never seen in other hotels, the rooms are so calm, the pool is okay, went to swim, the location is okay, just next to shopping mall, I like the hotel so much,

My parents stayed here while visiting. The location is close to our apartment while being well connected to the rest of the city by the nearby line 10 Yili Station. They had breakfast every morning and enjoyed it each time.

Yolanda, the lady at the reception, made us very happy with her smiling face and attention. She is a perfect staff, I have never met such a caring person who loves her job in any hotel before. Thank you again, I will choose this hotel again on my next trip to China, I recommend it.
